His review of friend ship is witch craft.

 

Now i've been into the reviews for the show sense before liking the show LOL.  Yes i'm weird.  And I started with and still feel the gold standard is Digi, fallowed by Anthony C., than Tommy Oliver,

 

and over all this time i've added reviewers i've peaked at and enjoyed and there is one constant.

Hands down, with out fail, the voice of reason has always managed to come in dead last (LOL).

that's not it.  I'm not calling him a moron for hating on Friend ship is witch craft.  I understood, there's alot of terrible crap in that series.

And I kinda, sorta like it.  That said he's mostly right about everything wrong about it.

 

So whats the problem or rather why the lesson?  The lesson to be taken away from the voice of reason while it's kind of entertaining initially to see someone douche rage about something,

It's ultimately not good for you (certainly not in this fan base), and it kinda makes you look like kind of ass (Yes i'm looking at everyone who spends every day of their life whining about magical mystery cure in detail.)

 

Your ultimately committing what i'd like to call the sin of Reason.  (I should get that Trade marked). 
Why yes it's a bad episode.  But ultimately a frown, a sad face, a disappointing expression of some sort is generally all you need to express,

"least favorite episode,"

of that season or even of the show.

Ever hear Digi broney talk about something from a episode he doesn't like, it's this sad disappointed calm, "I really wish they could have done that better."

It's almost like a loving family member telling you gently you screwed up (or at least how i imagine they would tell you gently, i wouldn't know LOL, that's not how it's done in these parts).

 

So long story short (to late lol)

being right isn't a invulnerable shield to act like a giant douche (yes sadly this is a lesson I need to, especially me.

It's kind of funny, when i think a of critic

in my minds eye the voice of reason is how i picture reviewers are.

Now again it's not that he isn't right, or hell even useful, there's a reason why I go back to him.

(i liked bridal gossip, there i said it).

And while he's not necessarily entertaining,

like say a Ben Yahtzee from zero punction,

you might learn something listening to the voice of reason.  Where as in Ben's case he spends the episode trying to bitch about something and making it funny cause that's his niche and the only lessons your almost every to take away from his work is

"Everything that isn't a steam indie game stinks."

Whining about something, doesn't exactly make it any better. Sometimes, reviewing a episode comes with a good moral at the end. Besides, Friendship is Witchcraft isn't exactly good at all.

Then no offense, but you haven't made that point very well, and spending more time calling him out than making the point didn't help any. I understand what you're trying to do and I've done it, but it just didn't come across very well.

Now on the other hand

 

Any pony tosses out an amazing idea that twilight dies (does an amazing joke around the 2 min mark)

and says she's in the after life walking with Celestial.

 

It never occurred to me and it's an amazing spin!  It's so damn creative,

 

not to mention the writers said she's gonna die like the rest,  well yeah she already did.

 

that's some inspiring stuff.

I don't think I need to reitarate my opinion on Magical Mystery Cure, but I've seen some of Friendship is Witchcraft now, and I must say, I do kinda like it. I kinda like that there's no actual story and that the characters are unlikable profligates. Pretty standard stuff for an abridged series if you ask me.

 

And yeah, that review didn't alter my opinion at all. This dude is a bowl of lulz.

My thoughts exactly.  I liked witch craft,

but I can concede there's alot wrong with it.

 

The luna parody is just painful, but i liked...

I Loved cult leader flutter shy.

I liked the new dynamic it created between rarity and flutter shy (okay i just thought it was funny LOL).

I loved the sleep over episode friend ship is witch craft spoofed.

 

Where twilight is the crazed fan fiction writer,

if liking that episode makes me dumb ass hell,
