Yeah, I know what you mean, I have had that in a sense. Usually mine aren't literal though, they make me figure out what they mean. But I enjoy that more, it's a challenge :) On the upside, you can maybe avoid negative things if you see them happen before they do.

I've had some pretty messed up dreams...here's one for example. I was in a ruined old house that looked like it had been in a fire as a member of some sort of swat team and we were approaching the basement that was behind the bathroom. The first guy was about to enter when something grabbed him and pulled him into the basement, he was screaming the whole time and for a short time after he was pulled in. I didn't see what pulled him in due to a bath tub blocking my way. After two minutes of complete slience we were slowly moving towards it again when his helmet went flying and bounced off several walls before stopping at my feet. That's when I woke up. Still have no idea what it was supposed to mean.

Dreams are very interesting. I've been lucid dreaming an awful lot lately. Lucid dreaming can be pretty trippy, but it's also really cool at the same time. What's really weird though is that sometimes before I lucid dream I can make my hands and legs feel like they're moving when they're not. I suppose this might be me entering the lucid state?

Anyways, what's the deal with reoccurring dreams? I have way more realistic zombie dreams than I'd prefer to have.

Warning: incoming graphic/depressing things.

1. I dream about being raped a lot, and crying. By different people, no one in perticular.

2. I dream about my dead mother very often. Usually I see her in the shower standing in the corner. And her mouth is open. She's dead of course. Sometimes I dream she tries to lay in bed with me or she crawls out from under my bed and watches me.

3. I dream about a tall, black haired woman with a long skinny face. And she stands in front of this random house that appears beside mine. She walks back and forth and she has a pet horse with a skeletal face. I don't know how I know this, but I feel like she's a demon, along with the horse.

I'm a very vivid dreamer, which makes it terrifying.

@@Mikami,

Recurring dreams can have to do with an ongoing issue in your life, something you keep finding yourself coming back to over and over. Or perhaps it could be premonitions of something to come, which you can foresee in your intuition. It will always be metaphorical though, almost nothing in the dream state is literal, though there are some few exceptions, as always.

@,

Rae, that sounds terrifying. I can interpret these if you'd like. It can sometimes really help with the way you see these dreams. It may also help clear up the cause of them.
