Oh I wish I could say I was Welsh I'm English but I've been to Wales lots of times plus my mentor's husband is welsh... does that count (I know I'm clutching at straws here )

That there is the British Flag.    Or the Union Flag. Or the Union Jack if it's out at sea, although technically it's now also okay to call it a Union Jack whenever apparently.

 

The English flag looks a little different.

I said englands flag... like the flag is property of england.

Very nice.   I wish I was British (or from Europe for the very least). Any place that actually has a government sounds nice, as well. But anyways I like the picture and I'm happy that you embrace where you're from!

Well I'm not British, I'm actually America, but I still quite like what you've done with this, it does kinda blend in a bit to the background, more then rainbows normal mane does the American flag, but overall it's good.

 

If I had to suggest something I'd just have used a bit different colors for the mane then the flag.

 

But other then that it's a job well done!
