Who would you least like to be stuck as for a week.  A days to short lol.  we all know we could do a terrible day standing on our head, and a month is to long.

 

Now suppose your visiting equsitra celestails walking by as part of a parade and you and pinkie pie are trading jokes back and forth.

just as you say it everyone gets quite enough and your voice echoes through the town Banana pinging off every rough top.  Luna looks up at you with a "Oh shit run asshole!" look on her face.  the next thing you know after coming to your stuck for one week, no acceptations as your least favorite pony.

 

Alternatively that person is you back in the real world ^^ having a fantastic time as you, back home your on one weeks paid vacation (well they are).
