Rainbow Dash head sketch practice before bed

Gotta draw Rainbow exactly as I did Applejack. Why? Because I'm tired and might as well get the heads out of the way before I work on body, wings, and horn designs. Jeez though, maybe I shouldn't keep myself up so late drawing. -_-

 

 

Feel free to love it...or hate it. Whatever works best. Catch ya'll tomorrow after my mural painting thing.

I really like ruffled mane on ponies, but I think I might have overdone it just a wee bit. definitely a bit easier to draw second time around compared to the Applejack I did.

Everything about this style looks pretty awesome to me. The ears, eyes, mouth, nose and, mane. It comes together very well and each individual part seems to complement each other nicely. 

 

Iv tried doing something close to this style but, I suck at it so I don't do it very much.

I have a lot of appreciation for people who are able to pull this type of style off, especially if you can draw it in a bunch of different perspectives and angles. 

 

I have a rainbow dash head in the spoiler and its the closest Iv come do doing something like this but, its sort of bad.  

 

 

 

Anyway, nice work I'll be looking forward to seeing more of your work.
