I can agree here. Usually the hoodies that look like ponies from the show have the "ribbon" mane. At least all the hoodies I've seen.

Personally, I am not a fan of those kinds of hoodies. Not because I don't like them, they are really actually kind of cool. However, when people see you wearing them in public, it just really gives us bronies a bad rap. Like, some think "bronies are weird because they walk around in public wearin their pony hoodies like a beacon that says 'hey! Look at me! I am different,'" so yea. That is the only reason I wouldn't really wear one in public. If I am just with other bronies or at home, then if be fine.

It looks pretty odd,  the ears, horn, glasses, need to at least look appealing and just add the mane to top it off.

The design looks decent, but the lack of mane fails to give off that kind of pony-characteristic. Vinyl's glasses imprinted on the hoodie is really the only detail that gives away the clear impression that this is pony-inspired. 

 

I mean if a brony were wearing that out in public, and someone who has never seen the show before were to see that, I don't think they would think of the hoodie as being based off Vinyl Scratch, or any pony for that matter. Seems more alien than pony to me.

Without the mane, that thing just looks... off   There's also the placement of the cutie mark that bothers me. If anything, it should go on the lower part of the hoodie on the sides, not front and center

True you do have a good point there. It already has everything for the head except the mane which does look very creepy or strange to see without.

This hoodie would be awesome if A: They had added Vinyls mane or B: The eyes horn, and ears were removed and the only thing Vinyl related was her cutie mark.

Manes make everything better. If a hoodie doesn't have a mane, but has ears and a horn, I don't buy it.
