Had to go with Rarity.

 

Vinyl scratch has nothing on her except fanon.

But of course... she's a background pony... what did you expect? She was never given a chance. It is obvious there's gonna be a liking to characters who have been given more attention simply because of that. Just saying... given that i have my reasons on not liking Rarity and choose Vinyl Scratch.

Let's just say that for the writers to have used this so many times whether canon or not makes me question the strength of said character. I am just saying...
