How Do You Start One Of The Blogs?

Hey just wondering how I could start one of the blogs on this site.  Read some of them and thought it would be fun to try.  Can someone please tell me how?

1. Click on your name located next to the "Sign Out" button for the dropdown menu to appear.
2. In the dropdown menu, go to "Manage Blogs."
3. Click the "Create a Bog" button and follow the rest of the procedures.
