I think these memes pretty much sum up Rarity and the whole hotel fabric deal, lol. I guess Rarity either payed the hotel ponies to use the fabric or just took it, who knows.

I think she would have to either ask for permission or pay the hotel to use the hotel to make her dresses, they might not have shown us that Rarity payed the hotel but she would have to. No other option than that.

I seriously think she payed to use the items in the hotel room, not really steal them.

I HAVE NEVER STOLEN ANYTHING FROM A HOTEL IN MY LIFE......................................................................................ok that isn't true -.-

 

And even if she did, really, it's kinda expected by hotel attendants these days to have to get new towels or replace a broken chair. My father grew up with his family owning a chain, he can tell you some stories of stuff he had to see after a rough weekend.
