I don't know really, you look like both, completely neutral. I suppose it doesn't really matter if I give an answer either way since you consider yourself to be neutral on gender and are happy with yourself. It's good that you're comfortable in your neutrality.

I think if I really had to give an answer I would say.... male.... maybe.

You look great by the way. I think androgynous people are awesome! :) I wish I looked more androgynous.

I can tell that you are a girl, but if you would rather be gender nuetral then go ahead. I like people doing what they want. There were a few indicators though. The greatest indicator being that bow around your neck. If it is not a bow I apologize. I am a boy and have no clue what half the things in my sister's room are.

Hmm... interesting train of thought.

It's actually a bow-tie, and I wore it because I was going to watch Doctor Who, and, as the Doctor says, "bowties are cool."

My gay male friend Lobo also wore that bowtie on several occasions, and so has my boyfriend Jedi.  :b

You honestly look to me like of those people that could pass either way depending on how you presented yourself, but I'd lean towards female with strong looking facial structure. I mean that as a compliment as well, I could see you playing Sarah Connor or the reporter chick from Heavy Rain.

"You know, I don't know who or what you are Methos, and I know you don't want to hear this, but you did teach me something. You taught me that Life's about change, about learning to accept who you are, good or bad. And I thank you for that."

To be honest it would be easier to gauge in a video where we can see you move and hear your voice. But honestly, who cares. It doesn't seem like most of us do! :) And props to you for feeling pretty comfortable in your skin, however you identify it.
