Well it seems that I'm the only Brony exited to see The LEGO Movie. Though I know others who are very exited as well. The film opens tomorrow and currently as I am posting this holds a 99% on Rotten Tomatoes. So I'm exited for this. I'm looking forward to the all star cast, the jokes, and the gorgeous animation. Are you seeing The LEGO Movie? I'd love to know. If your reading this post in the future, tell me how it was. Also..AVOID ANY AND ALL SPOILERS!!! Thank you and have a nice day:)

It looks kind of cute haha. Ive played with legos all my life and a movie based on it seems epic. Ill probably take my sister to see it or something. But, if I dont see any Star Wars legos in the movie, Im going to be pissed.

My brother recommended that I should see this on Friday, and I wound up seeing it on Saturday afternoon. It was AWESOME!

I was shocked at that plot twist that revealed that the whole movie was just a boy playing with his dad's Lego displays and that the "Kragle" thing really meant the father would make everything in the displays permanently glued so his son would stop playing with them.

Here are my favorite parts:

  • "Honey, where are my pants?" (I got a notebook of this character before I saw the film)
  • "I could sing this song for hours!" (5 HOURS LATER...)
  • The Transformer-like pirate who reminded me of the villain from Rollie Pollie Ollie: The Great Defender of Fun.
  • My favorite characters were Wyldstyle/Lucy and the unicorn cat.
  • When Lord Business told Bad Cop's dad to stop listening to the instructions directed towards Bad Cop's mother.
  • "There are no movies with that title in your area!"
  • The Star Wars cameo and the crash scene that followed it.
  • The ghost of that magic guy.
  • When a block was removed off that giant building.
  • "Hello. We come from the planet of Duplo! We will destroy you!"
  • The "Everything is Awesome!" song

"I am your princess now, and you will be loyal to me!"

To be honest, I'm actually kind of excited to see this movie.

Sure it might look like the stupidest and corny movie ever, but at the same time, it looks fun and enjoyable.

So I'll see it, and see where it takes me, that, and the unicorn is funny.

Even though Minecraft is pretty much digital Legos IMO, it's no secret that Lego still has an identity, especially in the gaming department. I might see this movie, just for shits and giggles :3

I was more of an LPS and MLP gal when I was younger, but sure I love Legos~ I usually tinkered with them when I had the chance. XD

But I became really excited to see it when I saw Batman in it...  I heard a bunch of great reviews and discussions of how they used his character, and I'm pretty psyched now.

Well lemme just say that, oh let me get this mini figure off my keyboard, there now, oh the guy fell off the ship, just let me... there we go.

Anyways like I was saying I'm a HUGE fan of Lego.

But I pretty sure the real reason anyone went to see the Lego movie is because Morgan freeman was in it.

Oh come on, admit it. Morgan freeman is awesome

While The Lego Movie was indeed a hit, I myself was not excited to see it. Don't get me wrong, the movie's great. It just doesn't give me the hype to see it.

To be honest, I wasn't really a fan of Lego toys or franchises as I was never really interested in them. I'm more of a gamer, and into racing games than Lego franchises.
