Earning the keys thread.

So, my theory is as simple as backing an apple pie with some prebaked mixture.

 

Seeing how the 3 mane 6 that earned their key earned it, i have come to a theory that makes kind of sense.

What if the keys is the mark/signature/object that shows that their life long goal has been completed?

-Rainbow is a sort of Wonderbolt;

-Rarity is a succesfull,famous deginer;

-Pinkie is the best party planner.

Maybe the keys do represent that they have accomplished a lot in their lives, as they continue to grow. So you could say that their goals have been accomplished.
