Tried hopping on Runescape, and I can't even get to the homepage. If I try, it freezes my entire computer. No, not just my browser, but my ENTIRE. COMPUTER. So, tell me. Zamorak's one of the new fighters. Who's he up against?

I played it a long time ago, like 6-8 years ago. I was super addicted to the game for a couple years, it was really really fun. I tried playing it again like a year ago, but it's completely changed now, it's just not the same :/

I used to play it in sixth grade but did everything that I could as a nonpaying member and got bored. That was like 10-12 years ago though.

I played it, but I never got off the ground. I just completed tutorial island, stayed in the main city and did lots of fishing and cooking while having no idea where to go. (I was young)

I played it once when it still looked like the original Zoo Tycoon and then I played it once about two years ago.

 

Someday I may play it. Just like someday I may get back to Ragnarok Online II. I don't do MMOs very often. I have no interest in the player interaction aspect of it. I play it as the RPG that it's trying to be.

Used to play it a lot in 6th and 7th grade. It was the first time I'd ever experienced an MMORPG, so the fact that I was playing a game online, with other people in real-time, absolutely blew my mind. My friends and I used to get on everyday and play together after school. I mostly messed around and trolled other players, but my friends took it really seriously. They'd grind, seek out quests, gather materials to build new items, stuff like that. I found that stuff pretty boring, and I was more interested in doing weird things and seeing how other players would react. 

 

My favorite thing to do was click "follow" on a  random person, and go with them on their Runescape errands, to get an idea of what they were like, and what they were interested in. I met a lot of cool people that way, and I had some pretty good times with that. Of course, there were the occasional rotten people who would lead me out into the wilderness or to a PvP area somewhere to kill me and take my stuff. But after a while, you learn where everything is, and you can tell if they're leading you astray.

My brother and I used to play Runescape 2007, and BOY OH  BOY, those were the days. Guild Wars was the best. I'd always spend hours at the GE and hop into the deep wildy or kill chickens for money and feathers. I was around level 70 woodcutting, and I think level 50 in less than a year of playing. After the updates, they killed the game completely, to the point where I don't even want to play anymore. 
They're letting people play the 2007 servers again, but you have to be a member! That really sucks. I don't wanna pay for nostalgia.

 

I doubt I'll ever play it again unless they make Old School free. That was the shiz.

I've still got my veterans cape haha, haven't played a lot in ages though. Was a nice brony clan at my last time of playing though (bronyvillers or something like that)
