Mine, was the death of Cortana from Halo 4.  Since she was a main character since Halo: Combat Evolved, its hard yet sucks to lose a character that has been somewhat iconic to the franchise, behind the Master Chief.

WHAT?! Isaac can't die! I mean, who's gonna curb stomp every corpse we find? No one could replace Isaac Clarke. We've had him in the Ishimura, the Titan Station, and at Tao Volotus, that hell of an Ice Ball planet. I can't beleive I read your post. I saw Apple Jack and was like 'Ohh, Apple Jack, must be good'. But anyway, my saddest scene is when Lee dies in The Walking Dead game. And when the Big Daddy dies in Bioshock two( Does he die? I don't remember)

Shoot I remember that. Although a rough start...Grovyle turned out to be one of the nicest characters you could meet, and then he had to sacrifice himself because Dusknoir went bad...
