Gambler. 

Gambling in Fallout New Vegas is so easy. Specifically for blackjack. When you first start the game, just rush to Westside, gamble at the casino in there, gain enough money to go into the Strip and then start gambling in there and gain a fortune early in the game. Then go to the Gun Runners outside Westside and buy guns and shiz.

Raising your luck makes this easier.
