Aliens living among us?

I have such a curious mind and starting thinking 'What if we are living amongst lots of aliens?' It is a possibility. For examples, animals, what if other species are actually aliens that landed on earth before we came to be. Maybe the thing that wiped out dinosaurs was a missile or ship? Also, what if some people are actually alien clones? Sorry if i sound crazy. Im really into all this kind of stuff!

Who knows about this stuff anyway? Sure, it is a possibility but I really doubt that we can find out about it, so I'd say it's rather unlikely. Regardless I sometimes feel like I'm not a human but something else.

 

Nice thought indeed, but even if there are aliens around, we would probably be unable to find them. Also: What if, our whole living world comes from a different planet?

Yeah, I think about this kind of stuff. I don't actually think animals here are aliens from a different world, and that they killed off the dinosaurs. But I think that this galaxy is huge. And yet humans, just  a speck of dust in it all...how can there be just us? Somewhere out there...why can't there exist others. Maybe even other humans, but they didn't mess up their planet, and system of government, and other stuff that we have problems with today. Maybe they are living a better life, and are more advanced then us, yet they are still us. I think it's fair to at least wonder that.

Well....I can say this, I do believe there are other beings living out there.  Yet, at this point, we are still somewhat limited with far space travel.  (Yet, I wouldn't be surprised if we start colonizing the Moon, and then Mars.)

 

However, one thing that gets me, now that you mentioned "Aliens living among us"..........Why is he so busy to discover whats beyond the starts when 75% of discovery is below the sea?

Maybe aliens would be among us but they would be completely hidden. Though I think their reason for being here would be more along the lines of filming us for their alien wildlife documentaries. Seriously, we have an infinite growth economic model... on a finite planet. We economize on materialism and GDP instead of, I don't know, public health and general well-being. Who wouldn't want to watch that? The way we do things down here is so hilariously retarded XD

 

I bet all the aliens watching us would be having debates on whether or not our species will snap out of this delusion and, you know, economize based on available resources and maintaining our habitat or that we'll stubbornly continue on this path and cause our own extinction.

Technically I think humans, maybe all animals, are the aliens. I remember a video I saw once (note: don't know if there's any truth to it) that the spark of life that we came from originated from asteroids that came from other galaxies so we may not actually be truly native to this planet, even if we have evolved over time to be accustomed to it.

I don't really care. If they are here than they aren't really doing a lot to stop humans from killing themselves off. Maybe that's the point though.

It is a possibility, though others may say I'm crazy, i. Maybe some other civilizations have send some "scouts" here to study Earth. This aliens may disguise as regular Earth people, maybe by just looking like Terran humans (either naturally by intelligent design or through transhumanist technologies like genetic engineering), using stealth fields or psychic powers to alter their appearance or whatelse. Maybe they just walk around how they look and everyone thinks it's just a guy in cosplay, except the paranoid schizophrenics.

 

And then there are those conspiracy theories about the Reptilians, evil shape-shifting lizard people from the fourth dimension which dominate international politics and finance by changing themselves into human appearance.

The search for alien life is underrated in its importance. Programs, like SETI, are seen as "useless" or "too expensive." For someone, like me, whose dream is human contact with aliens, I find the lack of interest annoying. However, we have to look at the evidence, and the evidence as of now does not suggest aliens living on Earth.

 

I would love to see aliens, I really would. And that's why, when I hear conspiracy theories or see hoax material, my only thought is too bad. Maybe some day, some real evidence will be found, and none of you will be bothered by people like me spoiling the fun.

There could be some extraterrestrial life living among us, but they would have to be hidden. Scientists are trying to prove whether aliens or other lifeforms actually exist out there, so not sure.

Hmm, if there are aliens here, would they really be able to hide themselves as human? I mean would they know enough about being a human, that they wouldn’t be really strange in acting? I think it is enough difficult as human try to go another culture and understand fully, how they act and act like them, so that nopony would notice. Ok maybe, we would just think it is a strange person, but I think an alien being, would lack a lot more experience, than humans would in different cultures. Or maybe they come from a planet with similar conditions like earth, and then have similar experience like us. I anyway wonder, if alien species would evolve similar to earth beings, because of convergent evolution. Like that a certain environment needs to have being with certain traits and so would evolve similar anyway, despite being from a different planet.

I don't think so just because the evidence that is out there is inconclusive at best and fabricated at worst.

It's not impossible, but unlikely from what I can gather at this time.

 

I am going to write a story about aliens in the form of ghosts who possess the bodies of people who are depressed and have no hope for life and eventually take over the entire body - and that there is an alien treasure hidden on earth that can bring someone to life by killing another sentient being, so the alien race wants to use that to their advantage and rebuild their civilization. And of course the main characters (human teenagers) are the only ones who can stop them. It does bring up ethical issues because the aliens are just trying to regain the civilization and see the humans as aliens. But the humans need to save the world to protect their families and friends and stuff. But none of that is real.

Well.. according to the most popular "How life started on earth" theory, ALL life came from space.. They think an animal called a Tardigrade came to earth via a meteorite. These creatures are the only creatures we know of that can survive in space.

 

But, besides that, I would say.. no. There would be no reason for aliens to hide themselves, since they have nothing to fear from us. If they had the technology to come here, we wouldn't be a threat to them. If they don't want to harm us, then there would be no reason for them to hide among us.. IF aliens were studying people (Which I highly doubt), they could do so from space.

 

I do believe in aliens, though. I just don't think they have any contact with earth.
