How do you think the Mane 6 would react if touched like normal horses?

Well they don't have any experience with humans, so they'd probably be really freaked out. I doubt they have any experience with that sort of thing.

Dunno if horses are anything like doggies or kitties! But if they are and they have the behind the ear weaknesses they do then they would not have a choice but to submit to the head petting goodness.

 

If not then they would be freaked out, go on the offensive and probably hit you thinking you are trying to do something perverse to them. Ending YOU up in the hospital with a broken bone or two from being kicked by a horse,

It really depends on the relationship they have with a person. If its a random person, they may be creeped out, but if its a good friend, I think they may enjoy it.

If it's a guy petting any of the Mane 6, then it might flip a switch that could get them to act frisky.

I don't see why a pony would be terribly different from a human. If it were me, and a random stranger started touching me, I'd be very uncomfortable and tell them to stop, but if a friend plays with my hair and such I am content as can be :3

 

Also, in some ways you sort of couldn't show them affection in the same way as horses. For example, horse petting tends to involve lots of nose pets, but ponies don't have the real horse facial structure that includes large protruding noses

I know I'd be rather annoyed and upset if a stranger came up to me and rubbed my face. Is it just me, or are these hypothetical question threads getting a touch, well, too weird?

I think the only ones who wouldn't mind being patted on the head are Pinkie Pie, Derpy, and Flufflepuff. Or maybe Colgate (although she likes being patted with a brush)

I know dogs that don't like that. These ponies would probably react as a person in these cases: ranging from politely asking that the person please stop, like Twilight or Rarity. Though I'm pretty sure a pony like Rainbow could very well buck the person in a sensitive area. Ouch.

Well if you went up to them randomly and they did not meet you ever before, it would kind of be like a random person coming up to you and rubbing and petting you and it would probably freak them out.

 

However, if you befriended the mane six or any pony for that matter and they happened to cuddle up next to you and you started using the advantage of what human hands could do, I would think that any of the ponies would enjoy being pet rubbed and such, just dont baby talk them lol. Although i would think many of them would enjoy being called beautiful while in the act.

 

 

 

Even better is if you got into a romantic relationships with any of the ponies, petting and the such would defiantly make intimate moments that much more satisfying for them

 

So really it depends on the situation.
