Made you guys a workout, are you up to it?

Alright, so I know some of you are bums, and you probably don't know how awesome training is. So for you guys, I gotchu. This is the session I just did, made up in like 10 seconds by me. It's pretty challenging, but also really rewarding.

And yeah, some of the people on here are total beasts, and this shouldn't be so bad (but probably worth it). You can modify it if you want, too.

(I'll try to answer any questions in this thread, don't be shy)

Here it is:

50 Jumping jacks

25 push ups

45 second elbow plank

15 jump squats

15 jump lunges

1:00 plank

25 sit ups

15 reverse crunches (lay on your back, and bring your legs in)

50 jumping jacks

50m walk, 100m jog, 50m sprint x3

No more than 1 and a half minutes of rest in between

Not to bad, right? If you're like, "eh" or don't really feel up to it...

WWRDD?

To be honest... it does not seem to have much rigor. What kind of stuff is this kind of workout supposed to improve? Like stamina, core, biceps? Because I downloaded a workout for race drivers specifically to help with the core and stamina (exercises like running and situps, for example), and this just seemed... random.

Gotta learn stuff through denial and error.

This isn't much, to be honest xD

I might do a lot more than that, like 3 sets of 20/25 push ups (cause my arms are pretty thin xD), 3 sets or 100 sit ups (easy peasy), I will jog for a few kilometers plus sprint at the end of that.

Still, this is good to do almost everyday rather than staying at home most of the time , good work on coming up with this  >ω<

You forgot the part where I don't even read all those things, because the first one isn't "Order pizza and walk to the front door for it."
Why you would ever need more exercise than a snack run is beyond me.

That's not a very intense workout....plus, there's the potential to over exert certain muscles (mainly your legs & knees as far I see). There needs to be more of balance of any workout to get the most out of it. Cardio is good, but you need to do some weight lifting, as well as do workouts to strengthen your back, shoulders, and thighs. This would be good to incorporate into an already existing routine, but as is, it could use improvement to make it the most effective :)

I can never argue with more Cardio though :D

Nahh, you did good :D

I really can't handle this sort of stress, because of a physical condition I have. It was a nice little challenge, though, and it was pretty badass of you to put in the thought to make the challenge :D

I'd switch jumping jacks with reverse crunches, that'd be better. It's pretty heavy if you do 3 routines though, especially on the legs. But it shouldn't be too bad for the legs if you're fit already. Nice routine!
