I don't really do shipping all that much, but I like any pairing of characters from the binding of Isaac. Why? Because, it's absolutely hilarious to me that people don't realize what they are doing. All of the Isaac characters are just alternate personalities in Isaac's head. It doesn't matter if you're shipping Samson/Eve, or Cain/Judas, or even Lust/Greed, in reality you're just shipping Isaac/Isaac. It makes things really awkward if you think about it.
