gaming Games that were a disappointment to you.

The main two for me are Dragon age 2 and Colonial marines
DA 2 felt like nothing more then a rushed job that had very little to it. The environment was boring and reused over and over again. The story was meh at best and the only characters I found even slightly interesting were Merrill and Varric.
The worst was the combat, it felt like it had just degraded into a pointless button masher, with a few spells and abilities chucked in to make this a little varied .

And I am sure most of you know why CM was a disappointment.

Resident Evil 5, trying to live up to RE4 was going to be a difficult challenge but i mean they turned it into gears of evil and it lost almost all of its appeal.

Apollo Justice: Ace Attorney

 

 

I played through this game, sincerely excited for everything, and it was just a disappointment. Besides the sloppy, SLOPPY handling of the last case to 2 boring cases before it, it was sad enough that the tutorial case was the best case of the game.

 

Of course, one redeeming quality is that it gave us Klema, which is one of the best ships in that series Unfortunately, the game itself didn't show any signs of romance between them. The game itself sucked.

Call of Duty: Ghosts.

Thats why I always put off buying Call of duty for a few months first. Sadly I am gonna have to do it with Cod:AW as well, no matter how intriguing I find it. 

 

Halo freaking 4:

All things considered, I didnt mind halo 4. True it wasn't the best but it was still okay imo

I echo Aliens: Colonial Marines. Even for the price I paid, it was rather disappointing. I paid for a friend's copy, about $2, in hopes that multiplayer would salvage it.

 

At least I wasn't out much money.

I actually like AJ:AA, but I agree about the tutorial case (Irony makes Kristoph its b***h.).

It's a really great series Look up some of the emulators for it, you won't be disappointed

I am gonna get so much flack for this... but I need to say it...

Mario Kart 64.

To be fair, I can't really say there's very much that could be regarded as objectively bad in the game, with the ridiculously broken blue shell being the only thing that comes to mind.

I label it as a disappointment, though, because of hype; everyone hypes this game like it's the best racing game ever made by man and no game could ever surpass it, but to be frank, the only thing I liked about the game is the soundtrack.

Modern Warfare 3 - What a failure compared to MW1 and MW2

Final Fantasy XIII - I really wanted to like it, but I was an absolute bore

Bioshock 2 - I actually liked this one, but it just didn't hold my attention compared to the first one

Resident Evil 5 - It was just very underwhelming compared to the past titles, and Sheva's stupid AI was a huge pain in the arse

red faction armageddon , i played guerrilla first then played the demo of armageddon and loved the magnet gun and thought of loads of cool thing i could have done with it then i bought armageddon and realized that it wasn't open world

Well.......Halo 4, for various reasons.  However, I want to say Kingdom Hearts 3DS.......Never and I mean, never shall I play that game again.  It seems the series is going down to a more Childish Directions, as well as adding characters from Marvel and Star Wars.   So at this point i am really disappointed.

Definitely.   Although there are some "good" things, like Custom Loadouts, Recon Armor (Yes......this is the way its supposed to look like, ), Armor/Weapon, Built-in Sprint, and some new playlists.   However, I dislike it fully because it lacks many things, especially features and options (what i mean by that, as much as I enjoy the custom features and sprint, there should've been an option to turn it off, which really got me fuming).  The other is Forge.........Its great to have different Forge Environments, however, the maps should been as large as all of Forge World itself, .   Hopefully Halo 5, has a combination of Halo: Reach, Halo: 4, and Halo 3.

What an absolute failure. Worst COD ever made. It's a shame, coming from Infinity Ward, the guys who made the Modern Warfare games, which were all brilliant.
