The MLP episodes "Winter Wrap-Up" and "Amending Fences" Love/hate ships (I will maintain until my death that Total Drama is the only show that can make those ships NOT insufferable) "Type A" tsundere characters (but I do like more of these than I like love/hate ships) Adrienette (I like Lukanette and Adrigami better) Onions (barf) Butterflies! Both are beloved by anime fans everywhere and yet despite being an anime fan myself, I seriously don’t see the appeal in these. After enduring the first few meh episodes I marathoned all 3 season. It's not like typical romcoms, it has tons of pop culture references, good music, humor I like. I tried to watch it more than once and it always bored me, which is a lot coming from a generally slow person.
