Yea like I said he's a great snowball hero and mid is a good place to put him if the person is good in 1v1. It will give him quick levels and decent farm because of his ultimate. If you are able to control runes then early and mid game can be won single-handedly. I'm not the biggest fan of people using the random button to test out new heros because that excuse is awful the only reason you should hit the random button is because you don't care what you play but will do well with whatever hero you are given. Learning new heroes should be done in Random Draft, Single Draft, All Random, and Least Played. that's just my opinion, honestly you are free to play however you want (It is a game ), but I have over 1800 hours logged on my main account and I really hate when people random and have no clue on how to play the hero they've been given. I don't random anymore because I like to win and I know I wont always win with a random pick, thus why I have gone on a Lone Druid binge because I know I will win roughly 70% of my games no matter what. -

Slark is a good hero if played correctly. He needs early levels and a decent level of farm. He has a high skill cap because positioning is key for his abilities and passives. He can snowball very quickly but can be shut down very easily with wards or a gem. Good on you for playing Slark if all you want to do is win then he is a decent hero to win with. He fits into any lineup fairly well and can force the other team to spend money on those detection items. If you're new to the game then I suggest playing a multitude of heros in bot games or play a game-type other than all pick. Your win rate will most definitely suffer, but being able to play any roll is key to winning later on when you start playing in higher skill brackets. -
Not getting four seasons.
Wonderbolt_Spitfire replied to CastletonSnob's topic in General Discussion
Trust me having 4 seasons is overrated! Living in Massachusetts I can tell you that every season except for early spring sucks and early fall. From Late Spring to Summer you just get hot and humid weather which leads to a lot of sticky days that most people dread. Late Fall and Winter are even worse, It's cold and snow isn't fun when the roads are impossible to drive on and blizzards can knock the power out for days which means no heat (and a house gets very cold very quickly without heat). Honestly I wish I could live in Arizona or some state close by. The weather is amazing almost everyday and I love the heat. It's the humidity that I despise with a passion and even 100 degree days in AZ feel like 80 when it's a dry heat. Their 'winter' is also around 60-75 degrees which is just perfect weather as well. -
My Fluttershy is complete! Using a grid was a ton of help. I talked to a friend who is a good artist and his suggestions I think helped. But I'll let you peoples decide.

Yea pub games can be the strangest just do to the fact it doesn't matter what your team's composition is and you can still win. Me and my friends won with a 5 healer team once. It was hilarious. We all knew that if we didn't end the game in about 20 minutes then we would get stomped, but we won. -

BKB makes his damage non existent and in most pro games the majority of the teams only fight when BKBs are up or off of CD. plus he is a squishy hero compared to others that don't get countered by BKB. -

They've nerfed Invoker into the ground so hard it's just not viable to play him unless he doesn't miss a last hit for the first 4 minutes and has phase and a force staff within 13 minutes. His base damage is awful, don't get me wrong he is one of the most complex, dynamic, and most fun heroes to play, but you just don't see him get picked up in Pro games anymore. As for clockwork he has just recently been jumping into the meta and his strength is really good as a solo mid or solo off-laner. he can kill any hero 1v1 if he hits his hook shot. He has a medium skill cap because of the hook and that's probably why you don't see any good clockworks or to be honest any clockworks at all just because all pubs/ casual players would rather play another hero. -

Yea TA is easy but what makes the difference between a good and great TA is lining up Psi Blades to harass in the solo mid. Also a hero I love to play although I haven't played him a lot recently is Clockwork. Great initiator and ganker. -

That's the plight of most initiators though if they're team isn't there to fight when things get initiated then you're probably going to die and lose the fight. Another good 'initiator' semi carries are Templar Assasin and Puck although puck plays more of a straight initiator. Puck has a very high skill cap though and I don't suggest for newbies. -

If you want to try and play semi carry then Sven used to be played as an initiator semi carry but has transitioned into a late game carry. He's always fun to play if you know how to CS. I suggest trying Centaur Warrunner he's fun and wins 55%of games he's in. -

Brewmaster is an easy and fun initiator. All you need to farm is Arcane boots and a blink dagger to be effective with him. Another good initiator is tidehunter but farming with him is more difficult. -
This is my awful attempt at drawing Rainbow Dash. This is my first time drawing and I think it sucks. I know I'm not a left sided brain person so I'm not too upset, I just wish I could draw well naturally.

I have been playing MMOs for about 12+ years. I have had a massive amount of fun with this genre of video games there are social aspects of the game that are amazingly fun and the amount of cooperation and coordination required to complete tasks brings an epic feeling when you do something. I played Runescape for 7 years It had solo and group content that was very fun although looking back it wasn't very challenging, but the MMO genre was still 'new' so it was okay. The graphics of the game is really what most people griped about but I never had an issue with them and I thought they were cool. After quitting that game I started playing Halo 2 and shortly figured out I could make money playing competitively. But non MMOs have a shorter lifespan and I didn't really enjoy the sequel to it so I began playing another MMO and that was World of Warcraft. I have been playing WoW for about 5 years now and I am still playing. It is the largest MMORPG for a reason and that's because the game is great. They continue to make changes that ultimately make the game better and more enjoyable. The one thing that separates this game from the others is that they take all the best features from any game (successful or not) and implement it in a way that betters the game. I have also been playing a new MMORPG called Neverwinter. It is based off of the Dungeons & Dragons Universe and I have been really impressed with the game so far. I have been unhappy playing WoW so I have been looking for a new game to play and this honestly could be it. It is free to play which is always better in my mind than a monthly subscription.

I'm not going to critique your work because I know nothing about art, but I think it looks amazing. How long did you spend on this? It looks like you put a solid amount of time and effort into this and it clearly shows off. I hope your next painting comes out well!

With me being a big sci-fi fan I must say that I believe in magic. One of my favorite quotes is "Magic is just science we don't understand yet" -Arthur C. Clarke. I truly believe that quote seeing that there is no finite amount of things to research scientifically it tends to reason that anything is possible given the right circumstances.

So I decided to start using Photoshop again. This took me about 3 minutes to make. It's nothing complex, but I am looking for some feedback. Feel free to say what you want as long as it's in a constructive manner. Dimensions: 960x540 (1920x1080)

I like dragons, but I don't love them. There are so many other mythical creatures that I feel are better than dragons. Dragons are most certainly cool with a lot of different mythical lore behind them. With so many different interpretations of them it's hard to at the very least not like them.

What do you look for in a Girl/Boy Friend <3
Wonderbolt_Spitfire replied to Speedy Transition's topic in General Discussion
Normally when looking for women to ask on a date I look for intelligence. Someone who can hold down a conversation with me and keep the awkward luls at a minimum. I can talk about almost anything so it makes it easy for me to be a jabber jaws. I also like someone with a similar sense of humor. I enjoy not being the only one who laughs at my jokes and I tend to have a smarter humor than most so it is also a good gauge of intelligence. I look for someone who takes care of their body. Someone athletic and fit, you don't have to be a gym freak but it's good to know you enjoy sports or looking good. If someone meets those qualifications then I ask them out and see how it goes from there. -

My 'Pony Name' is Candy Belle I just imagine myself eating at Sugarcube corner all the time. Although since I'm male it's tough to imagine myself as a female just because the 'Belle' name implies female. Guess I would go by Candy for short haha but then i just sound like a cheap h****r. Maybe 'CB' would work though.

I have two sisters (one Older and one younger) I'm the middle sibling of my family. My older sister is 33 and is also a 'brony' 'pegasister' she has love MLP since she was young. She actually had a very larger collection of the MLP toys when she was younger, but unfortunately it got destroyed in a fire. My relationship with her is actually been better than ever. I watch her kids (my nieces) whenever I am available and we talk about MLP a decent amount as well. My younger sister is 18 and she just graduated from high school. She's known that I'm a brony since I started playing the songs in my car on our way to a college class we took together. She isn't approving of me being a brony, and we normally have the healthy colorful banter between siblings. Nothing we say to each other is said in spite or anger and we both know that it's all in good fun. She keeps mostly to herself but is always willing to open up to me when I'm around and talking to her. She knows I'm her older brother and that I'll have her back anytime. I have wished many times that I had a brother who was older than me (like 2 years) and that I could of had someone to talk to about guy stuff and to have an even closer relationship than I could have with either of my sisters, but I got dealt the hand I'm with and I couldn't be happier!
