Talk a bit about deadpan humour needless to say I quite like the change in style of this episode although this was always going to be a risky one, Given the reception i'd say it was a risk worth taking

I kinda starting enjoying it once I was able to get over the awkwardness of the show employing Deadpan Humour although I am British and were famous for our deadpan humour and wit

angel looking jealous when flutters is talking about other pets

Good job although suffered from a similar problem with It ain't easy being breezies 7/10

I felt Sweetie seemed to be an airhead when I saw her initially. Although that seems to be a trait there not continuing trying to phase out

Yeah this episode is a strange one looking back I might move it up to a 6/10 as it at least had some world building elements to it. Also I was on Crepuscular bronies Discuss Aftermath, there were alot of us but they was alot of discussion about the world outside of equestria and mytholoical creatures too.

On initial viewing the thing that was flawed was the build up. Up till the Seabreeze flew out. It didn't really seem to be building up to the climax I just feel that there should have been more of a conflict between Fluttershy and the Seabreeze.

Sorry I'm late guys but yeah I' prefer this pro con list style so will be maintaining it. It also helps gauge an honest rating for the episodes as with this one here 7/10 pretty much some it up for me The episode did kind of of seem thin. and This still doesn’t fully acknowledge twilight treatment as a princess by the adults. Apparently the magic aura of ponies matches the eyes, oh wait no twilight ruins that theory. Overall better that flight to the finish a good episode not as amazing as some the mane 6 episodes but for a CMC episode it’s definitely up there 7/10.

10 - is an episode that is structurally sound (good pacing not repetitive), has an intresting plot and conflict, and in most cases develops character, and no major flaws and of course is an episode that I would feel great watching multiple times. 9 - Generally 10 although allows room for one flaw and not being an episode I would definitely want to re watch in a year 8- Lots of good points but one major or a few minor floor bugged me 7- An episode that has considerable goods one or two major or a lot of minor faults or just didn't interest me enough to be thinking of it for long 6- Ok but not annoyingly adequate 5 - completely by the book and lacking any intresting things or contains a considerable amount of flaws for it to be deemed good 4 - Filled with things that didn't work and it would be a chore to watch again 3 - Contains things that frustrate me beyond doubt and pretty much ruin the episode Boast Busters basically 2 - Everything is off Universal problems episode just poorly made 1 - Majority of the episode is anger inducing and has nothing redeemable whatsoever 0 - It would have to be unthinkably bad

I kinda noticed the change in Flight to the finish but it's much more clear here. From some interview i watched claire said the voice cracks weren't deliberate, so it's probably the facts she ageing making her voice sound more mature and less squeaky. personally I kind of like the ideas of the voice actors growing along side their characters. I hope if the show's still running in 5 years they become full grown mares.

I'm more curious about the Flutterdash backstory and what happened early on in flight camp for them to be so hostile toward RD and the reason why she dropped out of flight school

It's kinda of the same thing as Flight to the finish. Scootaloo's talent was established as dancing or her scooter but despite the fact she shown to be good at it and managed to get all the way to crystal empire she still has nothing. I wouldn't expect the CMC to get their cutie marks unless they exhausted everything they could with the mane 6

Sorry for the poor video quality and delay. Rendering being a pain anyway I address some of the issues with fluttershy and gush out my praise for this episode not quite sure i'm looking forward to the CMC again their episodes haven't exactly bin brilliant although they share this episode with Twilight so it can't be all bad right right
