    Are you trying to listen on the site itself? If yes, then try downloading the file and listening to it that way (click the three dots on the audio file and select Download), or you can try the Vocaroo link that I've added and see if that works.

    The only issue with that is, if you click away without reading anything, the next time you click the bell everything's unbolded. If not an indicator, perhaps a way to leave them bold , with a "Mark all read" button..? Indicators are good, I'm just throwing out another option...

    Generally around 9 pm since I need to be up around 5 am, sometimes I'll go earlier depending on how I feel.

    I use both, they're fairly interchangeable.

    I do, mostly because my legs refuse to stop twitching and I can never get comfortable. Thankfully I was able to get on some meds that help with that and I sleep a little better, at least until they wear off.
