    My problem with EQG is, I don't see the point of it existing at all. Don't get me wrong I enjoy the movies. (well, the first two at least) But I came here for the fantasy and adventure which is lost in a contemporary high school setting. There are a lot of things that just don't translate well to "our world" for example, magic and cutie marks. I guess I also lose some of the suspension of disbelief seeing humans.

    OMG! The feels!!! I never realized how emotionally involved I was in the CMC's story arc. I've always loved the CMC and this was very satisfying. :scoots:

    I loved pinkie's and twilight's complementary breakdowns. Althoughh the title was misleading. I figured it would be about Pinkie having to plan a big party last second after a long period of constant parties, and being just too exhausted for it to be fun.

    I just wish the writers could give a little depth to Spike. He seems to fall into the same rut quite readily. He has the potential to be an interesting and fun character, but it seems the writers just want to keep him down. On a side note is "princess" a gender neutral term in Equestria?

    The more I think about it the more I like this episode. I initially thought (like so many others) that the 5 of them should have known better. But then I realized that people persona bias always has a tendency to crop up and the writers just exaggerated this tendency to make the moral more obvious to the younger (or perhaps more thick headed) viewers. I think I make sense.

    Am I the only one who didn't like that song? I found it to be very annoying. Loved the rest of it though.

    Fluttershy will always be best pony to me. The firs clip of MLP:FiM I ever saw was Flutter's introduction, and I imediatly thought "Holy sh** it's Laura (my wife) in pony form. the rest is history.
