I think Rarity is the biggest reason for Spike's inability to physically grow. Rarity's dreams is one of the reasons she is most likely to leave. Fluttershy would have no reason to leave. Not only is she popular in the fandom, there is no in-show reason to have her leave. Cartoon Network has lame commercials. I don't get Discovery Family. As long as Cartoon Network has no control over what is in the shows, I would be fine with it.
