I became a brony on March of 2015, I was noticing all of the brony related things on my favorite websites and found memes on the internet, so curiousity drove me to watch the show. There very first episode I saw was obviously episode one. At first I was very skeptical about the show, going like "Oh god I know where this is going," but I was very surprised as I watched it, I really liked it. A few weeks later I finished the show all the way to season 4 very happy of my decision to watch the show and went through the metamorphosis of the brony I am today. As for the second question, there isn't really a pony I dislike. If you are talking about the mane six, definitely not because they are all good in their own right, but I do have favorites that I connect to. My favorites have to be Twilight Sparkle and Fluttershy. Twilight because her personality is relate-able to mine, almost to a tee. She had social problems, freaks out when things don't go her way, is prepared for anything, and loves to learn. Fluttershy because she loves animals like me and couldn't be mean if she tried. I hope this answers all the loose ends to your question.

Welcome to the forums Proto. I will tell you that I felt the same way about the show at first, I was like "this can't be happening how could I like this girly stuff" but as I continued, those thoughts just didn't matter to me anymore. Trust me when i say that this is how everyone reacts to the show, but I promise that if you like the show, you will ease right into it, and we will welcome you with open arms on the forums.

This is a really tough decision because what I think the main form of play is should be the vs mode and if that is the focus of the game then I think the more characters and abilities you have, the better the game is. Therefore it has too be Melee for me. Melee is the one I played with the most characters and game modes to date, so I think that can be called a winner.

I have a very bad phobia for heights, can't even be 4 or 5 stories high without being queasy.

The first game I ever played had to be the colossus of gaming himself... Mario. I first played it when I was 3 and wasn't actually bad at the game, got to world 3 most of the time, but couldn't get past the weird Castle where you had to go up and down in a specific order to progress. That game really plowed the foundation of my gaming career and lead me to being a professional gamer today.

I think the overall franchise for Sonic hasn't really been doing good. Now the first game was really good obviously, but as time passed Sonic has received some tough love over the years. Sonic has fallen from his throne of the first game to games that are just dirt today like Sonic Free Riders and Sonic 06. The latest games now just seem unfinished, not really true to the Sonic spirit and in the case of Sonic 06 is riddled with game breaking glitches and basic problems that passed through BETA tests.
