I would not say that I love it, but mass effects 3 ending. Sure it could have been better but honestly I didn't mind it. The fandom though WAY overreacted, so much hate...

So today a rl friend and I got into a serious debate over how much a commission of a full body pony is worth. I know this could vary based on artist skill but in a general sense what do all of you believe is a reasonable price for a single full body pony? @Blitz Boom @Wolves "Thank you" he stated with relief and trotted in behind the unicorn. Looking back to make sure the door was closed firmly before taking in the room. Besides the Unicorn he noted the Pegasus mare and earth stallion, they seemed to be the only others in the building. He waved at the mare as she waved at him. "Yeah I have never seen weather quite like it, I hope the rest of the ponyville citizens made it in doors safely." He replied to Golden Spells comment before turning his attention the pony introducing everyone. "Greetings Happy Hour, Golden Spell, Cyan Flare, I am called War, strange name I know." He smiled walking to a corner near one of the fortified windows to peer out if he could. He sat down using a hoof to try and tame the mess the wind made of his mane and tail. He began to quietly take notes on his shelter mates. He had been in ponyville only a short while and wasn't sure if he had seen these particular ponies before, perhaps they were from out of town? He didn't know he hadn't got to meet many locals yet, he could be wrong. Studying them they seemed friendly enough, they let him in after all and he wasn't exactly the friendliest looking pony. Then again he could say the same of the one who introduced himself as Happy Hour, he was tall nearly the same height as War and look pretty scarred up leading War to assume he probably knew his way around a fight. Of course that didn't mean anything, his cutie mark suggested he was skilled in his name sake...which War was confused by...how did his parents now what he was going to be talented in to name him something like that? That was suspicious, well maybe it was just War he was just learning pony customs. He forced the thought out of his mind to study the others. The unicorn had a tree, War didn't know what talent to link that to, Herbalist? Lumberjack? And his sister, he couldn't make hers out at all. He stared a moment trying to figure it out but looked away after catching himself just encase that was considered rude. "Anypony have any idea what is going on out there? I don't believe this storm was scheduled."

@Wolves, @Blitz Boom War was grateful to see a brightly colored stallion answer the door. "Greetings," he bowed his head quickly to show respect. "It's a pretty bad storm out here." He paused a moment to lift a hoof in order to block the wind that whipped his mane into his mouth as well as blew dust in his eyes. "May I take shelter with you? If that's not to inconvenient of course." He hoped his strange military appearance wouldn't make the unicorn reluctant to help. He wished he though of that before approaching strangers in his battle garb.

@Blitz Boom @Wolves War released a breath one he had practically been holding since visiting Cantorlot. He was finally done with his business there and heading back to ponyville. He had been summoned to speak about his siblings progress, he was glad everything seemed to have gone over without incident. Now he eagerly flew back to see his brothers hoping they hadn't done any damage. As he was getting close the weather seemed to be acting up, at first he ignored it powering his way through but soon it became to much. He was forced to land a little way out from the town. He was very confused by the current events, what the heck where the Pegasi up to? He had a very difficult time landing his wings still wanting to catch air even when folded due to their size. He had to slowly make his way down by folding his wings falling then opening them again to slow his momentum. Finally his hooves met the earth and he stomped annoyed by this. His wings continued to collect air and nearly topple him over as he approached the town to the best of his abilities. He ended up taking his armor out of a bag he had packed for Cantorlot and wearing it for the extra weight, making sure he stayed on the ground. Placing a wing in front of himself to block the wing he continued, his mane and tail moving wildly in the storm. Those Pegasi where going to get an aggravated letter from him. Quickly the wind became overwhelming and he realized he could go no further. He needed to find shelter somewhere near the city, it was hard to see in this wind but he walked a slow march battling the elements until a few buildings came into view. He made a beeline for the closest building choosing it over the hospital since he wouldn't need a hospital. Upon getting a closer look he could see some pony had fortified it to the best of their abilities, but It looked sloppy, rushed, must not have had much time to prepare for this. That ruined the weather theory since the Pegsai would surly warn the town if there was going to be a tornado. Getting closer he could hear voices inside, the wind made them impossible to understand but he was sure some pony was in there. He didn't wish to bust in on someone so instead of breaking in and scaring every pony he walked to the entrance and knocked on the door hoping some pony would let him inside.

Yeah they have a place to say, was just making sure they didn't evacuate ponyville or if it was a safe place to be. And while I wait for wolves to respond to you I will try to figure out what he would dream about. Honestly you may not be far off he isn't exactly like what people imagine when they think of War of the apocalypse.

Okay sounds good, my death friend will be pleased you like their design Regarding his height I would place him around as tall as Mac but he isn't shaped the same. His body is still very common male pony like only more defined. Well if my understanding of the situation is correct, maybe I could get involved with the first group by having him arrive outside of ponyville and find out he can't get in due to the dome. So he needs to take shelter and happens to stumble on those in the cabin. If your friend is okay with that of course. Or I could do the dream one but I will have to come up with what War dreams about. huh never though about that before. But question where would his body be? Is like the residence of ponyville evacuated or put to sleep till it ends? I just need to know where I would go after that.

I wouldn't mind to join in on whatever is going on already if someone wouldn't mind to summarize what I will need to know first. Okay my OC is a little complicated, I may need to give a little background to the story first in order to explain him well. 6 rl friends and I are co-authoring a fanfic, this fanfic is centered around the 4 horses of the apocalypse, with 3 extra tacked on the end. But we wanted the story to still work in mlp world so it has NOTHING to do with god like ponies bringing about the end of equestria. Rather we went with a less OP/marysue thing and a more universe appropriate story. But to simplify it, basically he was created in a lab. my OC is War (hence the name) and my avatar is of him He is about 17 years old but was created fully grown so his body is probably in its late 20s. His backstory (which along with his brothers is the first fanfic chapter) in which they are liberated from the unicorn that made them by the princesses. And in chapter two *spoiler alert* they are scent to ponyville to learn the power of friendship, become model citizens and learn to control the strange powers their creator gifted them with. Because they where created, each have powers based off their apocolyptic horse. War bends fire and regenerates but that's the extent of his strange powers. Otherwise he is a pretty normal pony and his abilities are not super powerful as someone might expect of an apocolyptic horse, we wanted to avoid that. He is large and well built, (sadly he is black and red but I needed to base him on the biblical horse which is black and red not to happy since there is a stigma around this. ) his body is red with black stockings and a black muzzle. His hair is black at the roots then turns ash gray in the middle and is red on the ends. His cutie mark is a grey shield with two swords crossing over it. He is a pegusus with large wings to support him in his armor. Is this thread free to come into or do I need to wait for your plot to conclude and or find a way to work myself into what is already happening? I typed up a starting post but it's just an ordinary day in ponyville style post. I'll wait for a reply here before going further.

Wow yes it's already a big improvement best thing you can do at this point is to let him grow, if you have trouble making a large profile or answering all those questions quickly don't worry about. Most well-made characters take months of work and it's best to think through everything you want to do than add to the profile slowly as you create. So if you can't find an answer to all those questions in this moment it's no biggy just give it time.

XD yeah sorry to lay all that on you but just working with what I know and I usually make really detailed profiles and characters myself. While that seems like a lot and seems rather complicated but I can promise that after you put in the work you will have a far more interesting and enriched character that will be both fun to RP as well as RP with. Just try to have fun with it It sounds great to me once I get all these posts I hope to see you around the RP forms, maybe our OCs will have a chance to meet. x) I'm also a big fan of the FoE story myself, it's cool you have a fallout version of her.

First off I really love that she is an earth pony, I feel earth ponies don’t get enough love in this community so seeing a well-made earth pony OC is always a delight. Her design is also excellent, the colors go great together and she looks like she could come right from the show. I like her small personal flare, the bandana, it’s just enough to give her some originality but not so much clothing or flare that she is overdone. The cutie mark confuses me a little; I do see it commonly in the pony fandom that people give their ponies cutie marks that represent some aspect of their personality. Really a cutie mark is a talent and has nothing to do with a personality so I don’t really understand this one since I don’t know what talent could be inferred from a tree trunk nor do I get to see its design in your art. Perhaps she would benefit from having a military related cutie mark? I like her personality it is well explained and matches her look and her backstory was excellent. People are often the product of their childhood or early life and her story sound's as if it matches the pony she grew up to be. You might be able to spice it up as well, lots of things could happen to a pony in the military, maybe give us her rank and how she got to it or maybe tell us how she obtained her cutie mark when young? Over all though I like her and I wouldn’t mind interacting with this character as my own. I think your main problem here is that the OC just doesn't seem to have received a lot of TLC. I would just expand on what you have, atm there is so little it's hard to judge if there really is a problem. Maybe answer some questions like: What did he do to get his cutie mark? Why are the teachers abusive to him or was it all their students? How did he manage to get into Celestia's school? If he was trained by Celestia herself how did he get her attention? How did he first meet Discord? Why would he rather side with Starswirl over Celestia? What did he do exactly to end up stone? I don't see anything wrong with the OC mostly just underused potential

I am an artist so color scheme and design is something else I can help with and hey if I like the OC well enough I might make some art. How you became a fan of My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic: Along time ago when the show first began I would get on Deviantart. Soon after every time I would long on an MLP picture was always on the front page and soon that escalated to three or so images on the most popular pictures list daily. After seeing that for so long I just started to wonder what the big deal was, why was so many people making pony art. So I watched it and well...joined the herd. Hello, I'm new here and it is great to meet all of you. I'm an artist who just graduated with my art degree and am ready to take on the world. I'm a big time gamer, my favorite is the Mass Effect series and I'm excited for the new one. I'm really into RP so that's probably where I'll spend most my time here, I have been Role Playing online for several years in various fandoms but never in MLP so I'm looking forward to it
