    Ugh, writing research papers is like, really hard. :scoots: I absolutely despise it and I never get good grades on mine lol.

      @MasterofChaos That’s true, heh. I’m studying veterinary technology and I have an interest in all of it, even the business aspect of it. I just don’t like writing, even if the subject I’m writing about is of interest to me. Heh.


      But hey, first research paper down, one more to go. :adorkable: I’ll start on it tomorrow, I’m giving myself a break tonight.

      I do often wonder how he'd do in IndyCar if he stuck with it. He told me that he didn't like it that much. 

      I heard one of his #96 Clabber Girl Baking Powder Busch cars got donated to a museum in Indiana recently.

      Yeah, well to be honest I don't blame him. I've always liked NASCAR more than IndyCar or F1, of course that doesn't mean I don't like watching it.

      I like all motorsports though some I follow more than others. Heck, i haven't followed IndyCar (except for the Indianapolis 500) since my favorite driver died in a crash. 

      I would like to see that car too. It's extra special to me knowing that it's my cousin's old car.

      @Prospekt Yeah, same here. Plus, I have a truck so my car insurance costs extra just because of that alone...also not a very reliable truck at that so delivery driving is a no no. :laugh:

    I got this little guy for in the truck cab. Having no AC doesn’t bother me as long as I can put the windows down, but, with it raining continuously like it has been lately driving with the windows down isn’t an option, unless I want the entire truck cab smelling like mold the next day. :nom:

    It might not blow ice cold air but it’s better than having no air movement in the cab when I can’t put the windows down.

      The sub stations are above ground and some of the transformers. If those get hit that's when you lose power. The underground lines reduces the chances of losing power but it doesn't get rid of it.

      You really can't compare the two, diesels are medium duty trucks made to be worked into the ground and gas are more for light dirty work just how the two engines work plus diesels are usually built on a much heavier frames etc built really you don't need a diesel unless you are going o be towing a LOT

      Never tried yams. What’s the texture and taste of them? Must be an expired can of yams that you might’ve gotten sick from. That happens so I always check the expiration date and give a whiff to see if it doesn’t smell bad.

      Btw Sweet Potatoes IMHO tastes sweet in a weird, uncanny valley, way. At least it’s not disgusting compared to other sweets out there. Compared to Regular Potatoes making French Fries out of Sweet Potatoes is going too far.

    Good morning guys! :sassy: We have officially made it to Friday!! :yay: Have any of you got any special plans for the weekend? 

    *sighs* I had planned on finishing up that big painting project on my truck over the weekend but unfortunately that plan will have to be postponed. The weather is looking really bad (rain mostly) thanks to a tropical storm nearby, the entire weekend is going to be a washout. :worry: I'm hoping next week clears up so I can finish.

    Thanks to @ShadOBabe I have found my new favorite thing to do in the early morning (and late night).....chill to Animal Crossing nusic tracks! :ButtercupLaugh: No seriously, it's super relaxing and the tunes really bring back some awesome memories of when i used to play Animal Crossing all the time as a kid. Good stuff.
