    I'm so sorry that happened to you! No one deserves to be treated like that! My story is that I went through some of their little programs but there was no follow up. I contacted both people in charge of it for months with no answer. I found out they moved on from me when they promoted a girl who hasn't been at the company near as long as me! You'd think seniority would count for something! Now employees left and right of me are getting into those programs and I'm not. That's why I'm just over it with that company. Going back to the "work til we drop" thing I said earlier, they literally have us out here in this heat wave and sometimes they forget to check on us. Someone's already passed out and it frustrates me that they make us stand out here at all since there's a way to do the task inside.

    It's not worth it to me, since they do that and they also won't promote me even though I've shown a willingness to learn new things. The challenge is I need to find another job before I can just leave this one.
