    My data. Seriously if I lose my data I'll be absolutely infuriated. All of my music, stand-up, future currency pics, games, etc. just being gone... That's why I keep back ups. In the physical realm, it would probably be my headphones. I typically wear them to escape so losing them would suck and be costly.

    I have graduated high school and am currently attending college for an associates as an electronics tech. I do want to be an electrical engineer but I want more financial independence before doing so. Good luck on your CCNA. I don't have mine but from what I remember from CISCO 1 is lots of Packet Tracer, Wireshark and the old adage of All People Seem To Need Data Processing for the OSI model.

    Haven't missed XP since the Win 7 beta. Though it will always hold a place in being the prime motivator to give Linux a shot. Ah yes, Haiku. The last bastion of BeOS. I should give it whirl sometime as I've been fascinated by BeOS since I first read about it but at the time Haiku was early alpha and Yellowtab was C&D'd I believe.

    Yes well I had a laptop with an older centrino wifi chip in it and it didn't like authenticating WPA without ndiswrapper and I'm not sure if that persisted with the Core series.

    Go down to the windchester, have a pint and wait for all of this to blow over. Actually I'm gonna keep running this no longer activated install of Winblows 8.1 until finals are over and then I'm switching to Linux. Hard drive and Graphics are what's killing it. Win 7 runs decently enough on an HT Pentium 4 though I would also recommend some form of Linux. More specifically Linux Mint as you shouldn't have to muck about too much to have a running machine. EDIT: Just be near a ethernet line if you decide to roll with Linux.

    I've felt like a failure for the larger part of the last 4 years. No discernable talents. No meaningful skill sets. No motivation to get said skill sets. I don't even know why I still attend classes. I make less than $20k a year. I still live at home too. The cherry on top of this 22 year cavalcade of mediocrity is that I'm the best thing to ever happen to my mother. Yes, she did say that and yes I was mortified.

    I'm seeing a lot of people say macs are better for production based work. In what manner exactly? What about OS X makes it more suitable for content creation? Is it available applications? Adobe CS is available for windows, Lightworks is cross platform and I haven't heard anyone complain about having to use SONAR for audio production. This isn't 1995 anymore when macs actually had an advantage both in the OS and in available software. So I ask in all seriousness, what makes a mac better for content creation than a PC?

    I am a generous builder... Not quite sure what I've built. Must have given it away or something. Also, I'm not what I'd consider masculine. I'm guess the urge to break things played a role with that number but I'd find that more childish than masculine.

    I don't like country because it usually has something do do with love, beer, jesus and trucks with jesus beer and lovemaking in. I don't like the pedal steel guitar as a main instrument. I don't like it when it has distorted "rock-like" guitar. I don't care for Johnny Cash and the like. I don't care for the banjo nor most bluegrass instruments. The sounds go into my brain, my brain goes "nope" and generates anti-good.

    Said whist describing something that needs to be done: "... and bob's your uncle." Similar to easy as cake. Ex: "Just install the package and bob's your uncle. You're up and running."

    For loudspeakers I use 4 Polk Audio Monitor II 30's with a CS1 connected to a late 90's Yahmaha reciever. I used to use a set of logitech Z-2300's but these sound signifigantly better and more RMS power (350 watts vs 200 on the logitech). Though now I use headphones far more which I just upgraded. Worth every penny. Edit: My PC has a Xonar D1 for a sound card as well. Gotta feed the amps a good signal.
