    That website is very helpful, most of these companies don't put a disclaimer on their products that says they test on animals, especially in my country where these regulations are falling behind. It's hard sometimes to be completely cruelty free when you live in a big city I've noticed.

    My favorite is Fluttershy but I love Rainbow Dash too. For secondary it's either Sweetie Belle or Soarin. And my favorite background characters are Dr Whooves and DJ P0N3

    My current avatar is of Amaterasu, the protagonist of the game Okami. In Shinto, she is the goddess of the sun and one of the most important deities. It is said that along with Susanoo, her sister and goddess of the sea, and Tsukuyomi, god of the moon, they created Japan together. Traditionally the emperor of Japan is thought to be a direct descendant of Amaterasu.

    I have a cat, but sadly my dog I've had since I was 8 passed away in October. I named her Ammy, after the character from the game Okami, and that's why I chose that as my profile name as a way to remember her.

    I know what you mean, I had friends for awhile who would just use me and forget I even exist until they needed a ride somewhere. I've learned that people who call themselves your "friend" but aren't willing to help out when you need it should be cut out of your life or it'll end up making things worse. I'm not doing the greatest myself lately but I'm not going to give up, I'm gonna keep trying to make real friends because all of us deserve to be happy

    I don't know about today, but the constant anti brony videos from a few years ago did make me feel a bit offended at times. But looking back at it I realize this comes with anything becoming popular and we just have to endure that, which we did and we're still here today. Honestly the best thing to happen to MLP fan base is the lack of attention being placed on us so we can like what we like without as much judgement. Not saying it isn't there anymore, but less people seem to mind.

    Nice intro! I definitely understand how it can be hard to be a fan, especially with parents judging it by its cover, but I'm still proud to be fan too. I'm also pretty new here but anxiety keeps me from writing an intro. But yeah you seem pretty cool and I hope to see you around the forums

    I wasn't really a fan of the older generations back then but I got hooked on watching FIM in late 2012 or early 2013 I think, when it was really in the mainstream and it was a show you either loved or hated. I think the first episode I watched was Hurricane Fluttershy, and ever since then it's been my favourite cartoon, that and Gravity Falls and Star vs. the forces of evil. But now I have to catch up on season 7 after a busy year kept me away from tv.

    I wouldn't say I have a crush on any character but I like Soarin and Rarity the most if I had to choose.

    Cool! I know what you mean, it's really complicated explaining the show to older people but hey as long as people respect what we like I'm ok with that. When I was in high school, when the show was really popular, it was hard to be a fan because everyone made fun of us. But today I think people don't care as much honestly.

    My dad kind of found out I was a fan completely by accident, and other than two of my close friends he's the only one who knows that I like the show. One day our cable was having issues, so I asked for help with my TV and he turns it on and I completely forgot that I left it on Hub (this was in 2014 I think, when the station was still called that), and it was right in the middle of an episode of MLP. I don't know if he knew I liked the show or if he thought it was just something randomly on at the time, but he didn't seem to really care about that so I just let it go. I like the show but aside from my close friends who aren't judging I'm probably not going to go out of my way to talk about the show. Still a proud fan though :3
