    That snail crawling on Twilight's stone face is some serious nightmare fuel. I usually don't like this kind of small-kid-focused episode. There's a reason I told my sister I would never babysit her kids. But I liked this one for all the great Fluttershy scenes.

    Just got the license plates changed over to my name for a car I bought from my brother in law. 7am appointment! I had to make this appointment about 7 weeks ago.

    Ugh. So I just spent the evening with my family, which I didn't want to do because deadly disease. And to top that off, we spent the evening playing poker. Which I don't really enjoy. 

    Why can I not learn to say no? :(

    I had a brief period around 10 years ago where my only bank account was a savings account. So each month after I got paid, I would have to withdraw enough cash for my monthly bills. Then I would go to the grocery store or post office and buy money orders for each bill - and then mail them off. It worked okay, despite being a bit of a hassle and always having the worry that a money order might get lost in the mail. (Fortunately, they never did get lost.) Now, I have some bills - thinking of my health insurance, for one - where I don't think I could pay by physical check or money order even if I wanted to. And my rent requires an online payment. I couldn't bring them a check or money order each month, the way most of my rents have been paid over the years.

    Hey, Everypony, 

    How do I make my youtube embeds smaller? When I just paste the yt link, the embedded video has huge dimensions. :(

      Theres a plus sign on that post. That way you can manually place and shrink it

    I am reading a book about baseball statistics called "The Shift". It's a good book, and he explains how the modern saber-metric kinds of models work and can make things better for the game. But I am finding I am old school about how baseball works (I like Trouble with the Curve better than Moneyball, for instance). I just don't care about all of his math, no matter how entertaining his writing may be. I am about half complete and will finish it -- learning a little about this stuff is why I bought it. But I don't think I am going to love the book. The Celery stalks at midnight!
