hopefully there's not a thread for this, I couldn't find one who do you think has the best design in the show? which pony has the best design, and which non-pony has the best design? who has the worst? for me, personally, I think Cloudchaser has the best pony design, and as for non-ponies, I think Fizzle the dragon looks best. Maybe Ember and one of the griffons as a close second. In terms of worst, I don't much care for Jet Set/Upper Crust (whichever one is the yellow mare). Her design is just ... bleh. Desaturated yellow which is already kind of ugly on its own, mixed with a bright purple mane, AND teal eyeshadow? Ew. Not to mention the pink earrings and her nasty personality -
i've been taking the time to rewatch the show (partially bc i'm currently out of shows to watch) and I'm about to watch the beginning of season 2, one of my favorite 2 parters in the show! also my favorite season

torn between making a spiked bunch for the birthoween party or just indulging in halloween-theme wine since hard liquors are bad for my stomach. I don't wanna deprive the others fo a fun drink, but it is MY birthday party so I might just do an "add your own shots" station next to the punch bowl
(and just to be clear, this is a party between roommates who've all been quarantining. no infection risks here!)

general How do you feel about romantic relationships?

I know this is an older post but I think it's cause TV (and like.. media in general, kinda) is bad at portraying healthy straight relationships. most of the time it's forced and boring, or it's just straight up unhealthy for one or both parties. By comparison, gay relationships seem much more appealing (if the characters, yknow, stay alive ) I'm all for romantic relationships, personally. I'm asexual so simply having someone to be around is enough for me, but I can be fairly content outside of a relationship. I've had my fair share of pretty bad ones so I'm happy to be in a good one now- 276 replies

I'm so hungry rn but I don't want to cook anything
we aren't getting groceries until tomorrow so my options are noodles (again) or reheated fried tofu from last night ..... nutritious

Do you go to the store for your groceries, or have them delivered?
I usually have mine delivered -- since March, anyway -- unless I just need to grab a few items like milk and bread. I figure if I am going to buy a bunch of heavy canned goods and laundry soap and whatever, I am happy pay someone to bring them to my door.
Back around June, I ordered a $600 order from Costco. I felt bad for that instacart guy and tipped him about $50. LOL

Unfortunately I live in an area where they can't/won't deliver so we have to go in person
equipped with masks and sanitizer, though. my partner is 6'7" so they eat a good bit, and we can't afford to buy bulk for staying in either 
luckily we've got chickens and a garden for the occasional meal!

I understand on all counts. Too bad about the delivery, but you are at least saving the expense of the delivery. I currently pay about $60 a month on tips and fees, for an average of two deliveries, and I know that's kind of wasted money. But in exchange, I don't order pizza three nights a week like I did in the Before Time. So it's a good trade!
At least you have fresh eggs, probably! (though it gets old eating eggs every day)

neat! most of my ponies came from when I was a kid and my parents would just buy them at the store for me lol. I'm *really* eyeing the dungeons and dragons set though, I don't think it's modeled after a particular gen but it looks g3 ish? I love starsong too! I have her toy on my bookshelf with all my other favorites -
Oh I love toola-roola! I do like her pink/rainbow-y mane design but her first g3 design is my favorite since that's the toy I had. I've got a toy of rarity that I found at a thrift store a while back that was actually in pretty good condition!

I'd love to get this thread active again! G3 was the generation that introduced me to my little pony so it's my favorite. Personally I think the designs and toys from g3 are best out of any, because of all the colors and their size but also pleasing sculpting. Minty's always been my favorite pony, but I also love Desert Rose, Starcatcher, Razzaroo, and Toboggan!

Personally I think it shouldn't be done on infants. I lot of guys I know say they're happy that they had it done, but you have to wonder how much of that is influenced by the normalization of it. Essentially, it's altering a body without consent, so, imo, it shouldn't be allowed for cosmetic reasons. If someone wants it done when they're 18 or whatever age with parental consent, then sure.
Would have been a nice design for the show.
