  1. Happy birthday!

      Antiyonder

      Thanks.

  2. Dragon Ball. They’ve flirted with having Gohan replace Goku since the Cell saga so wouldn’t be completely out of left field.
  3. Patiently waiting for the Elden Ring DLC
  4. Part 4 of JoJo honestly had the best openings of the whole series. All 3 of them are absolutely amazing.
  5. Having watched all of the episodes now… I’ll eat crow on all the bad things I said about the show before it came out. I was wrong. It’s seriously really good. I’m not entirely sold on everything they’ve done with the NCR and the surface world lore wise but all the other things they’ve done are so good it almost counteracts that. Not a flawless show by any means but it really does such a good job of adapting the games and all their charm in live action form. I don’t think it could be done any better. Which is such an accomplishment considering how many live action video game adaptions have absolutely bombed. It’s so easy to mess them up. Not sure how non-fans will feel about it but if you like the Fallout series I really can’t recommend it enough. This is even coming from a New Vegas and 1/2 fanboy if that means anything.
  6. Amazing lol. It was nice not having to wear them just to see TV or make out detail in something that wasn’t 3 ft away from my face.
  7. The transition from Holiday into Boulevard of Broken Dreams is so smooth. Easy to forget they're technically two separate songs.
  8. I choose Lyra just because of her famous sitting pose.
  9. Absolutely agree with Tim Cain saying that fans tend to be too destructive towards the creators of the media they enjoy. So many examples of this with Bethesda recently like how their lead writer Emil was getting death threats because of Starfield. I didn’t like Starfield personally but the way some people were acting over the game not meeting their expectations was crazy.

  11. Honestly I feel like unique looking routers is an untapped market. You could easily make other pop culture related routers like this minion one. Or even a router that looks like an art piece. So much potential.
  12. I watched the first episode of the Fallout show. It wasn’t as bad as I was expecting from the trailers we were shown before release. There’s already a lot of moving parts even in the first episode, tons of stuff left unexplained that I’m sure will be touched on in the coming episodes. It definitely gets the Fallout vibe and campiness right. Good mix of goofy shit mixed with darker elements. Even the power armor and BoS seems to have been done well. I’ll applaud them for that, all very easy things to mess up. I’m really hoping we don’t just end up with a Wild West wasteland in the next episodes considering California is supposed to be one of the most organized areas of civilization in Fallout. If it just ends up being a post-apocalyptic mess which Bethesda seems to love, the Fallout nerd in me will be a lil upset.
  13. Escort quests. Especially when the devs make it so the NPC and player character are always walking at different speeds. I don't understand why that's still a thing, how hard is it to just make it so the NPC has the same walking speed as your character? It literally just has to be like one modifier, it can't be that hard. Such an easy thing to change that would fix so many people's frustrations. I know the Assassin's Creed games were really bad about this, Bethesda games too at times.
  14. Waiting over an hour to talk to someone at my student loan provider about an application I had sent in back in January. Took over 10 minutes just to get put on hold after navigating their horrible phone menus. The customer service rep was nice but man everything leading up to talking to him was a disaster. Feels like their phone system was purposefully designed to keep people from calling and asking questions.
  15. I think it's just Hasbro being their usual incompetent selves. Feels like they always manage to muck things up with their IPs or business partners.
  16. Happy birthday!

      Yeeee! Thanks Iforgotmybrain

  20. I feel like Sunny's character still has a lot of potential with the whole self-doubt and trying to fit in as an alicorn thing. She could easily be this more emotional, passionate activist similar to the movies. Ali-conned was a great example of what I'd want. But outside of that episode and TYT's The Lone Alicorn episode they really haven't explored that aspect of her, which feels like a missed opportunity. Sunny Side Up was a really good Sunny episode as well, again kinda taps into her activist side, has conflict with Hitch and solves it. That's actually one of my favorite MYM episodes. They also really haven't given the supposed protagonist the kinda treatment and focus you'd expect. Feels like they wanted to focus more on Zipp and Misty. I guess we'll see what they continue to do with her character in season 2 of TYT. I'm sure one of the specials will end up focusing on her.
  21. Cars. They all look the same now. No personality, boring colors. Filled with smartphone features and touch screens that make them a pain to mess with while driving. And with soooo many sensors and pointless electronics that just end up being extra points of failure. Like, do we really need braking and steering to be controlled by wire instead of a physical connection? No. Not to mention they all have CVTs now, which, even the most reliable ones won’t last as long as a manual transmission or a good automatic transmission. That’s not even getting into the privacy issues that come with modern cars being tracked 24/7 by the manufactures. Modern cars are a lot safer I will say. That’s the main thing they have going for them for sure. Makes me wish we could get a simple, dumb car with modern safety features for car boomers like me.
  22. Truth. It’s all so monetized and boring. Feels like publishers and devs are solely focused on designing their multiplayer games to drain the player of as much money as possible.
