    The earbuds look very off on her. Maybe if you had done some neat interpretations in your own style of some round heads, like how Bose's or Dr. Dre's it could look much better than the little strings of wire hanging from her ear. When it comes to creasing cloth, try and make it bulge out in certain areas like the back of the hoodies hood, the creases could round outwards from their lines before coming back in. In the colored version, try not to use that egg white background, it looks very tacky with the blue on Luna. Maybe something to contrast it, such as different shades of red or maybe you could edit in some night background into it, like a lunar eclipse? These are just some ideas thrown out to ya', hope for the best in improving your art.

    Well a tablet is more in line with the really heavy drawers that prefer sketching and drawing on computers over paper; I prefer to do both myself. So you know Amazon and eBay both have really cheap tablets for less than $30 which is not that expensive and should easily do what you want, it just won't have many of the features the other more expensive tablets do. If a tablet is still not your thing, might I suggest ink? Try doing this for your next piece. A very light drawing, don't push the pencil in too hard into the paper and you should easily accomplish this. Erase and correct any mistakes you may have though I just draw over them most times. Afterwards make a more hard lined pencil over the areas you know you want to keep. Most finish that there and go on to something else, but you can then start off by inking the image. A simple pen will do but you can try out different medias such as markers or something else for different results. Let it sit and dry for about fifteen minutes I'd say, then take an eraser and lightly erase; if no smudges from ink then erase all that you can. You'll have a nice inking of your image done up and ready to be scanned for a more sharper looking image.

    I'm gonna have to recommend you use rounds more, rounds help show off more femininity towards figures while tips do so on males. Apart from that I will have to agree on the eyes, they are the most difficult to draw on any figure really. I say that since the eyes are the most expressible part on any figure and shows different arrays of emotions and actions through them I would like to put out a neat suggestion here. Try coming up with an interesting form of drawing to add in a unique detail others can associate as your art. Like say adding in nice curves in certain areas and/or tips, certain shapes for shading, something that would state you were responsible for the piece upon a glance. Of course that last bit is more in a way advanced but can't hurt to start trying that, right? And of course what I always suggest to any Constructive Criticism I give here, try digitally painting the image even if its a re-sketch of the work. Paint Tool SAI and GIMP can be found free and work really well, nearly on par to Photoshop and even have some unique features to their programs.

    Well, first tip, please make sure your art is done on plain white paper and not wrinkled. It makes it very strange for the viewer to view any images if it looks like it came out of a school binder and just scanned. You can try scanning it like you have up there then digitally ink it in something like Paint Tool SAI or GIMP, they are both free and can easily enhance your art fairly well, nearly akin to Photoshop here. As for your art in Constructive Criticism - I don't see anything wrong with it at all, it's actually pretty good. Hair's nice and unique, nothings wrong with the facial expressions or how they are placed/drawn. I haven't the slightest clue what those rectangles are near his chin, or the t-bar near his so that seems out of place until better realized here. There is ALOT of open space on your canvas here which makes it very empty to look at, not exactly exciting to see nor does it make anyone feel like they'd go back to see an empty looking picture. Though in part it's somewhat expected since it is drawn on line paper sadly.

    I was merely adding in some more input to better state the usage of the Greek's God/Goddess places in the show. Seeing that they are intentionally using the Greek's Mythology here in the show I believe everyone here can properly assume that's where Discord came from, seeing as he is the God of Chaos and what not, though I do not believe he is the God of the chaotic Void, but more in line with Eris here. I'm still trying to see how Celestia and Luna come to play here. Plus, does Chrysalis come into play at all? I agree with OP's placement with Cadence and Blueblood though, that makes proper sense. Iffy on Shining since he was married into royalty here, not royalty in the first place.

    Still not sure they're using the Greek's Mythology on the show as material? In one episode there is mentioning of Tartarus which is guarded by Cerberus. Tartarus is the deepest part of hell, or in Greek Mytho's, The Underworld. I believe the MLP writers are using the Greek Mytho's to better enrich the MLP world, it sure is more interesting to see this than some of the stuff they've done in the past that's for sure. I, personally, can't wait to see if they put in the freaking Titans to the show! Who's with me on that one!

    I'm quite surprised you didn't put out a Discord/Eris placement on that there. A good chunk of fic readers or people into the fandom a fair bit know of Discords feminine side/ sister/ wife or whatever you want it to be as Eris but not a lot know of Eris as the actual God(ess) of Chaos in Greek Mythology. So shame on you for not mentioning that!

    I, for the most part, just ignore the movies as it is. They don't really fulfill any real entertainment for me; if I wanted zombies to watch I've got The Walking Dead to enjoy there. As for Resident Evil? The new game comes out and I am quite happy they finally put zombies, the original zombies, back into play. Though I'm getting this strange feeling they're gonna try and add movie stuff into the game somehow, might make some fans upset. Please, for the love of god, tell me that you're joking. They're making ANOTHER Silent Hill movie?! Hell, lets just ask them for another Alone in the Dark while we're at it.

    I'm personally not gonna nitpick at every little detail so I'll point out the biggest things I see here for some Constructive Criticism. Your letters look very plain and choppy, most notably the S border. The bottom wording "Play Skidrow", the word Play in it melds too deeply in the background so it's very unnoticeable. Your biggest problem I feel? We have no idea WHAT this logo is supposed to be for whether it be the band, game, place or any other innumerable things about it; adding in what this logo is for would help better criticize it better.

    I like Applejack myself, I think she personally has some great potential for use in later episodes. It'd be nice though to see her in some sort of conflicting scenes instead of just doing her thing. Maybe like she's TOO honest for her own good which could upset and hurt other ponies feelings?

    Well if it's for a fic on a story about her you should at least write down some ideas you have on it so people can better criticize on both the figure and the story to the figure in question. Cause right now, it's more or less just criticizing what I aim to believe came from a pony creator and, well, there's not much to criticize on those things if ever. Having it for a fic, yeah I can see the creator's use there for quick images though I've always preferred it when people go out of their ways to draw the pictures themselves. As for what you have right now, the what I'm going to assume is a very strange leotard on her doesn't match her 'lazy' persona as most people connect those usually with working out in some form and lazy people don't work out usually. Also just to point this out, most ponies don't usually wear clothes. Accessories, sure, but ponies that do wear them are either in some sort of event, or connotes as the upper class, rich./royal.

    Interesting, a One Shot I suppose here to tell a tale of the picture above? It's quite interesting, though it feels very rushed to me in a sense. Maybe if you had fleshed the story out with telling the tale a bit to The War in the Heavens you mentioned along with more general info on these Pterasi. Although because of Moonstuck, bat ponies will always just be bat ponies to me. Though I guess they should have a name. Something mythological though like how there are Unicorns and Pegasus (Pegasi).

    Well who DOESN'T like shipping! I personally like battleships due to their great looks out on the seas and- ... Oh wait, you were referring to the internet slang term for couples and relationships weren't you? I've found that a lot of people still don't know what that means so you should probably address any strange terms for any type of slang to anyone reading a topic post, it'll make anyone wanting to post and contribute to topic's much more smoothly for all. Plus you should also address if your shipping standards here would only apply to couples in the show or anything of the impossible boundary lines such as seeing MLP and TF2 compiled; obviously impossible but just putting out an example for statement reasoning only.     I completely agree with your assessment of the MLP community, Brony's, 100%. There ARE going to be people that just don't agree with you and can either be whining spastic little kids about it or just get along as a whole. And yeah, there are going to be places that people cannot tolerate for different reasons. Heck, I from time to time write NSFW stories but that's just for mostly my entertainment and anyone else that reads it. So yeah; agree, disagree, tolerate, whatever. Bottom line, it's a fandom of a show in the end that everyone here loves to watch and enjoy, why not at least try to get along?

    That was a bit difficult to read all that there, felt like you just typed as you went without thinking of how it would be read as run off sentences and all, but that's just me nitpicking right there. The message still got through though and I agree, some people can be extremely idiotic to the point that it's just embarrassing to be around them or call yourself to being part of that particular group. Yeah, there will be subjects that may pop up that people don't agree on such as the Derpy topic but people are still able to have opinions themselves whether people like it or not. As for myself? I really like the show, it drew me in once I realized that although targeted to a younger female audience it appealed to me as an entertaining show greatly. The community to me is a bit over-drama in certain areas but I tend to ignore spastic, childish people as such and continue on somewhere else. The music, fan art and animations, stories, just everything to me is very fun in a great way so I'm happy to stick around for a while so long as it doesn't conflict with anything important, which I find highly doubtful it ever will.

    Here's a small counter to that. I agree with JustFairness with his cutie mark thing, though it does make me think about her parents now. Man, where they rich or something? Maybe collecting royalties from the previous generations, eh? ....not too important to point out though at the moment. The guards imposing? Well, first off her brother is the captain of the guard. Probably not at the time though, I'd imagine he was definitely in it at the time though and going through ranks pretty quickly to achieve that status in only a few years time. Having a brother in the royal guard would immediately have Twilight see the guards in a different light so young and probably wouldn't find them at all imposing. Another addition to that - if there was any, even a smidgen of doubt to the guards in her mind even with her brother in it, she would've gotten over it with her intelligence. She would've remembered they were there to protect the princess and would do so with her. Yeah, I can imagine she was scared at first with the major changes being made in her life. Still she still had Celestia to help her with that along with whenever her parents came over or her brother/Cadence. Might've taken some time but she'd adjust to it. Also, I'm not certain where they would train either, still thinking that out. I'd have to imagine it'd be near or on the castle grounds from all the map sources from the show have given. The last bit, that was just more for a reinforcement to information on her being just the right pony for being friends with the other five, nothing more to it. Also to clarify, I didn't really put out that Cadence didn't come over or anything of such. I can imagine she could would and most likely did so, but the majority of the time, she is still a princess and has to be back over where she is needed. Yes, she is still young but I can properly assume they'd have her train and such for her duties back at her homestead. Any visits Cadence made wouldn't be very long so who else but the guards or Celestia herself to watch over Twilight most of the time. I can also imagine her parents making visits and taking her with them from time to time but the bulk of her living stay would be at the castle. Final note on this post, didn't recall about the Spike being watched by Celestia, interesting bit of info there. And I can find it also understandable , he IS the first dragon heard of in the show not in place to show mischief or do harm to ponies. I recall Twilight mentioning there wasn't a lot of information of the dragon race in general in an episode to Spike so Celestia would probably watch and make sure he wasn't harmful. Edit - Crap, that wasn't small at all....

    I was mostly speaking out so we could as a community on this site try and do something for the season premiere together since, well, premieres don't usually come around more than once from what I remember. I can get maybe not limiting it to just members and possibly only doing it once since it will be on other places immediately afterwards. But I believe it could be something to enjoy as a whole for the entirety of everyone here if it were done. As for Illegal, can't say for sure. I know we're not technically taking a copy of it nor are we stealing anything in particular but probably a few hundred views, maybe if at all a thousand or two if it goes really well. The show has millions of views on the Hub and I don't think that Hasbro would go Disney or Squeenix on us and try to dick about with their fans just wanting to enjoy their show. I think something like a window'd screen could pop up in the site and livestreamed if that were at all possible. Maybe a plug in to allow it through the Livestream site or something similar. If not possible, I guess a Synchtube would still work on that, but it would look much better having the thing just pop up on the site. I figured having chat for members to talk in would be nice but not necessary. Just, you know, something nice for this site and the premiere that's gonna happen this fall.

    Freaking Family Game Night. I mean, I love game show's, don't get me wrong. I'm happy to see they're still out there and living. But man, putting the words season three out there like that was obviously marketing to get to the MLP people and get this show noticed. Not cool Hub. Not gonna hate on them though, the show is coming out in the fall still.

    Okay people, the new season three is coming out sometime during the fall which isn't that far away. How's about we get the site to Livestream the episode when it comes out? We can have it placed on a special tab at the top that can count down the time for the episode showing and have all the members here watch it. This is mostly in part to people that do not and can not afford to get the Hub and have no other way of watching the episodes without other means. This could be a great way to get people on this site to group up and get together, enjoying something like this. Things to think about Should we limit this to members only or any other requirements. Should we re-post the livestreamed show in 4 then 12 hours to allow others to view Could this be accomplished without too much trouble on the site in general If this goes through should we allow chat with the livestream. If this goes through should other episodes be livestreamed as well or only the premiere episode. I hope we can get something possible to come about, I wouldn't mind putting time off to watch the episode on this site with everyone else.

    ...It's only three more days. Be happy to watch it then. For most others like myself I have to wait for seven days, maybe even weeks before anyone posts anything on YouTube to view those episodes or get lucky through a generous fan to livestream the episodes.

    Well, there's one thing out of the way. So they're either going to split the season into six month increments to get more for their buck on the Hub channel, or they put an enormous amount of work into each 22 minute episode. Or other reasons as stated before.
