I still think they rule handhelds, but handhelds are becoming less and less popular, so that doesn't mean much. I love my 3DS, still buy games for it from time to time (playing Fire Emblem Fates right now).

I agree that their consoles are falling behind the rest in terms of power and games, but I'm a PC gamer so all the consoles are falling behind me

I put it off for a really long time (in fact, I just started S5 about a week ago), but so far I'm really liking it. Wish I had watched it sooner.

We have some similar places here in the Pacific Northwest. I've lived in the Portland/Vancouver area for nearly 20 years, so I sometimes forget how beautiful it is here.

Not going to get into a piracy argument, but I give TPB a week max before it's up and running in a functional form.

I understand the point of extra light laptops, but I've always preferred to have a heavier, more powerful laptop. I use mine as a portable desktop with only one cord, and as such, it's a gaming powerhouse that weighs in at ~9 lbs.

I don't remember, was FO3's long-as-hell intro optional? If not I automatically hate it because all tutorials should be optional.

Also, I miss the days when games had manuals that you read while they installed. You got the basics and went from there. These days, it seems like every game has some 15 minutes snoozefest like "okay, now look at these lights. Now walk to this thing, now this other thing, now back to the first thing. Now open this door. Now shoot 5 targets and pick up some ammo and shoot another target."

Primairly a PC gamer (and I do think that PC is far and away the best platform for gaming), but now that PS4 is out and PS3s are going down in price, I might grab one for Last of Us and Infamous.

So my laptop locks into 30 FPS max when running on battery. Nice to save power, but really annoying if I want to game on battery power. And console players say the human eye can't distinguish between 30 and 60 FPS... they clearly don't what they're talking about XD

How can you have a high IQ and play Xbox? Intelligent people are PC gamers. And you're clearly a fucking casual peasant if your favorite games are FPSs. I suppose it's good that your favorite isn't CoD, but Battlefield isn't much better, though... oh wait, middle schooler, unnecessary numbers at the end of a username that is probably Minecraft inspired... Yeah, that explains it. You filthy, 13-year-old console peasant. Scream into mics while getting half my FPS at half my graphical settings more, noob. I bet you even think Skyrim is an RPG... *shudder*
