This cup was really fun! I met really cool ponies\people during my time there! I was able to spread my love for you in so many ways! Posting pictures, supporting you, and overall just love you! I also want to let Chikorita Brony know that he was awesome during the cup! But still, everypony who posted on the world cup had a great time and voted for their own valid reasons!Sterling  and the others who overlooked the Cup did amazing! They put a lot of work into it! Oh and Pinkamena-Pills is just Fantasmic! and Jlmie! They were all awesome!  Oh, and if I can have dinner with you, that would be great.... I mean! I met a lot of ponies some i've been talking to a lot!  And others to! This cup taught me of friendly competition! And that you can still have fun, even on different sides! Oh and uh, can we have walk together? that would be nice... Or maybe have some cake! I know the best bakery in ponyville! or maybe you would stay in Canterlot... I know a really good one there to! maybe we could talk? And I could admire you... I mean no! What!? no eraser! oh come on! Um..... Until then? Stay beautiful! BUCK!

As you guys continue to create your shortlists for the awards I have just introduced, here were my hopes for the 2014 MLPF World Cup, as well as my predictions. My hopes were based on who I think is best pony and what I thought would be very interesting games.

Spike, Big Macintosh and Discord are the only males on the list, the Cutie Mark Crusaders are all nearly equal to one another, and Princess Luna lost out to Fluttershy in the Semi-Finals by only two votes.

When I first started watching the show Twilight had always been my favorite because we connected in a sense. I love reading and learning, but friendship had not been very important to me and I focused on my own goals without the thoughts of my few friends. It's been almost three years since I became a brony and my life has changed. I'm not as shy and I value the people I have in my life aswell as seeing not only eye to eye with Twilight, but to others like Pinkie Pie and Derpy Whooves. Although Twilight Sparkle is no longer my favorite I am glad she has reached this level of success. She almost lost and won many times during the voting as it was so close to that of Ms. Fluttershy. I say bravo not only to our winner, but to the ponies (and other creatures) that made it into the ring. To ponies like Rarity, Rainbow Dash, Discord, Derpy, Lyra, Spike, Princess Luna, Scootaloo, and so many more who competed. You tried and although you didn't make it this time you are still the best in the hearts of your fans.

This world cup was extremely amazing! I loved how everyone and everypony just supported their favorite ponies with passion! Also i loved how it was totally clean no hate for each other! And i like how our princess twilight sparkle won the world cup i never thought she'll make it but apparently i was wrong i guess i learnd something never underestimate a pony, hope twilight stay in the lead of our lovely ponyvyil.

1. Zecora, if only for kel grym typing in ryhme, and getting into a near rap battle with pinkamena pills. It was very entertaining to watch.

2. Pinkie pie, they deffinatly showed up in force, and they just all seemed like they were having a great time

Sad Rarity didn't clock in higher, since a lot of people predicted her to take it all home.. Oh well, I still love her

Hmmmm....I sort of feel that people rallied around Fluttershy after nearly falling to an unfair early demise due to the Lunagate scandal.

I won an award for something!!!

Twilight didn't even make the semi-finals in the last tourney, but walked out the winner in this one. Weird how that works.

 

I wish Trixie made it into the final 16

1. Twilight - Easily the overachiever. I wanted her to win, but I don't think anyone actually believed it would happen.
2. Scootaloo - I didn't expect so many Scootaloo fans.
3. Fluttershy - Although I knew she was popular, I didn't expect her to make second place. Am I alone on this?
4. Trixie - Very enthusiastic fans, and she did better than I predicted.
5. Sweetie Belle - Same as Scootaloo.

 

The underachiever: The character who should have done better.

 

1. Applejack - Everywhere I go, I meet Applejack fans. Lots of users here have Applejack avatars. The non-bronies I speak with know the name of one character - Applejack. I almost believed she would win, but she didn't even make the top three.
2. Rainbow Dash - Similar to Applejack, she seemed to have a lot of fans. She also commonly appears to be the fandom's symbol. I expected more from her.
3. Rarity - Again, I thought she'd do better.
4. Pinkie Pie - With how enthusiastic and outspoken the Pinkie fans were, she could have gone for the win.
5. Spike - Poor Spike.

Fair Poster Award: The person with the most sportsmanship out of everyone.
