Anypony know when Equestria Online is expected to come out?

 

They never announced a release date as far as I know. However, back in January they had been making great progress towards being more or less fully playable:

Now, I have no idea what is going on with this project. I suppose that it may still be on track, but your guess of a release date is as good as anyone else's. I doubt that even the developers have any idea of the full timeline.

 

MMOs tend to be really, really hard to push out of the door. There is always that extra tiny bit of polish to do before you are ready. Then before you know it, it has been a few more years.

 

I don't play MMOs much (I hate the leveling up dynamic), but I hope that Equestria Online (or whatever they call themselves now) is able to release soon. It would be easily rank among the most impressive fan made games.

Like the idea of this I just couldn't see my self ever playing this game, im still a baby brony, and don't have the courage to play something like this in the environment im in. I'd be dead

I'm actually really looking forward to Medal of Honor: Warfighter. I loved the 2010 edition of MoH and I'm looking forward to completing the campaign in Warfighter. I look forward to seeing what Danger Close is going to do with the Frostbite 2 engine and the idea of choosing what team you wish to represent in multiplayer sounds encouraging.

 

I'm also balls-to-the-wall excited for Borderlands 2, but that goes without saying since Borderlands is one of my favorite games. (Seriously, it's number four on my list!) I don't even need to explain my reasoning behind this choice -- come one, we all know Gearbox has done an amazing job. I can't wait to play it September 18!

I am excited to see what Crytek will make out of crysis 3, but even more excited on Assassins creed 3. Both games look great, but I will see gameplay before I go out and buy, just to be safe.
