If you could say something to the previous gen writers?

So if you could go back in time and say something to any of the writers from generations one through three what would it be?

i don't think i'd say anything. I don't care for the previous gens. I only care about the current gen, sooooooo....... yeah. Nothing.

Well I would pretty much review the G1 episodes like anyone with G4 and likely enjoy it I'll be honest G1 was very well written 

 

now with G3 I would go around the same line however I would likely not enjoy it so much however I know G3 was aimed for a younger crowd and it did well I'll be honest I respect that...

I have no problem with the previous generations (I don't even recognize 3.5), if I could tell the writers one thing it would definitely be something along the lines of....

 

"Please please give the ponies more elaborate personalities!"

MLP:FIM will always be my favorite show, but I still like the past generation, it was  better written than this:

I understand why some people dislike the them , honestly , I only watched some clips from the past gens, and it clearly wasn't so bad as some  people think, it was something girly for some publics, I agree, but still,it isn't a bad job. On the contrary, it was a very done job comparing with others animations of its ages.
