 Don't suppose you have any page or something about your character you want me to see first, Twishie? Think you mentioned something about a curse, though that like as not won't factor in too much. Primarily I just like reading!

 

   Though really, I can't have Widdy poofing off to bother another pony every time pancakes are mentioned. I mean, that IS very him, but that would just have Last Stand running ragged to keep him from accidentally blowing something else up. Point is @@Blitz Boom, that I don't want to give you yet more work & especially don't wanna wind up ignoring one character for another because my character is a short attention spanned ditz.

  Still going to because I want to, just feel bad about it, heh.

 

  Also, as a pancake purist I scoff at the intent to apply syrup to pastry perfection! And... surely you don't mean actual ice as a topping? That would just make it cold & soggy, not of course, that you CAN ruin pancakes but it does pique my curiosity!

Which of us is controlling the spirits of Zhu's parents? Also, I hope you don't mind that I took this direction. I was trying to fit the act of taking Zhu back to see this into The Traveler's character, while also preventing an alteration to the timeline since he's rather large and known of by the Princesses, so he would clearly be noticed. I honestly liked the curveball you threw, but did I hit a foul ball, or was it a home run?

 

P.S. I've decided that Charlie will now go by "they/them" pronouns due to a lack of gender.

We talked about it a while back, and I suggested that this was his backstory, so no issues there. I made sure to follow your advise back then and watch the video of the night in question so I could make the details fit too. It was  bit vague back then though, but we made it work well in the end. ^^

 

Also, I do think this *hidden from sight* approach is the best. Being seen could alter the timeline disastrously, which neither of our chars would want. Especially yours, who is very precise with the details in what have happened in the past and have spoken of what happened in the timelines where he tried to change what happened with Zhu. Your approach makes perfect sense.

 

Or was it another curve ball you meant? I might have missed the meaning.

 

And I do wish that perhaps you could handle the parents, as I frankly have no idea how I would do that one without it getting clunky and somewhat one sided. With you I know there'll be some quality dialogue from both sides, plus I have no idea what can come out of your clever little mind (This entire story arc thus far for example. Been an awesome year and a half because of your direction) and that's part of the fun. ^^

In any case, We can just have the two groups meet and simplify it like that you know. Both the new NPC I made and Stardust are likely gonna wander now, and it's not like nopony can see Widdershine. Might well be they stumble over where he is. Though hey, if you two make plans, I won't mind that at all. Always fun to see what others can think up. ^^

Bit odd, but eh, I've written worse. Bring her in. Just be advised to not let her wander around without another skin if she's in Canterlot. Diplomatic relations with Thorax or not, I don't think things are well enough to allow a classic changeling queen inside their town willingly just yet.

As for the post, it was a mixture of me first waiting for Lloyd, then forgetting to write something in response to this the last four days when I figured I should try instead. Whoops.

 

Also, speaking of posts needing to be made, you have still not responded to the part about the letter from Moonlit (Serenade) that Stargazer is trying to deliver. Might be she's in a meeting, but at least knowing that I could have another deliver the letter inside the castle, then get back to being usable.

   Lilly! That's what her name was! Think that might have to be an unwritten rule now with me, because I forget their name if I don't hear it, like, three times each time in the narrative sections.

 

  Anyhow there Twismmer, I managed to skip a few of your posts because it seems the mentioning doohickery isn't working when you do it. Let's see... If I can remember right You do that by highlighting some of their words like you would to quote part of their text, but hit the black "Mention" button instead.

 

   That's also something I wanted to say to Soxifox...uh, Foxy Socks too, but I don't know how to mention peoples who aren't on the same page I'm typing on.

Feel free to do that. I haven't planned on fleshing out the parents, so whatever happens that includes them is up to you. And I'm sure whatever you add that will affect the future will be interesting, and something that won't be an issue.

Actually, I was leaving it up to you to say what Cacora found. I myself had nothing planned. All I had planned were responses for what she found. Also, how do you like the bit of backstory I revealed about Cacora? It also revealed a bit about Cacora's shapeshifting. Even she didn't notice her almost constant yearly shifting of forms.

 

She has still yet to take an alicorn form. That I was also leaving up to you. Wanted to make sure it was safe for her to have access to it first.

@@Foxy Socks,  Well, aye. That's what I do anyway, Foxy. Is just pay attention to what comes up as a Mention for me. Since so much of it tends to be varying degrees of different plotlines to follow that may or may not synch up with each other. I do worry a bit though if anyone does mention me without a Mention though.

 

@@Blitz Boom, Hey, was wondering about something before I post.(which will probably be a while yet, as I've got a thing I forgot I gotta be)

  When one of you says that your pony character picks something up & walks away with it, doesn't that mean that that pony is now walking on three legs? Ponies ain't really got arms, so that brings up a few physicality questions for me.

   That's what I've always surmised with Ambie. That he uses his mouth for alot of things if he doesn't need to hold or work things for a long period like putting something together. Come to think of it, alot of gestures can get weird real quick if you need two limbs for it, which would result in pretty much half the pony's body just levitating in air for a moment...

   But maybe I'm overthinking this...

Well for me, I perceive pegasi as using their wings to pick up things, Unicorns the same but with magic and earth ponies with mouth or hooves. I also automatically assume they put it in a saddlebag. Which means I also assume they are always wearing at least one set of saddlebags.
