This takes place after Hurricane Fluttershy. No, Dash isn't holding beer (if you can even see it), that's apple cider. :huh:  Anywho, I'm planning to draw actual ponies too, as soon as I can get the hang of it.

I usually don't like humanized ponies.

Awesome! They've never really bothered me, for some reason it's fun to imagine how they'd look as humans.

I can't draw for the life of me (except of architecture). Where can I learn to draw like that?

 

For me, it took a few years of practice by myself. I have a few friends who are really good artists, and they'd given me a lot of tips, but I've never taken classes. I think it takes a lot of observance, maybe observe how other artists draw and look at tutorials. If you have a friend who could help you out, I'd suggest looking to them for tips too.
