Hopefully this discredits the supposed episode leaks, as the staff stated that the 100th episode won't have the mane 6 in it and the leaks had the mane 6 in that episode.

Pretty sure they've already been discredited. They never brought up when Maud and the rest of Pinkie's family would show up, much less a HWE episode.

To be fair, i never gave the leaks any credit to begin with. They where leaks for S3 and S4 and they where always wrong. People get very bored during the hiatus and then they try to make up something, just so people could talk about it.

I'm looking forward to the 100th episode myself, it'll be interesting to see the focus on background characters for a change. Plus it'll be fun to watch headcanons explode. I'm gonna have a big batch of popcorn ready the day it airs!

I don't want to sound like an a-hole towards this fandom, because i love this fandom. But there is no hope that the fandom won't throw a hissyfit.

 

Episode 100 is clearly a fanon and headcanon breaker and for some people, these fanons and headcanons are precious to them. Once these things are gone, they feel like their art and fanfiction has no value anymore.

 

I am not saying the whole fandom is like this, but there are people like this. You better be prepared.

The 100th episode sounds like it potentially could be the 22 Short Films of Springfield people have been asking for.

The 100 episode sounds like it could hit or miss. I'm pretty sure the team knows not to go too deep into the fandom besides they only have limited knowledge of what the fanon thinks about the background characters so we shouldn't see too much fan pandering

Okay, i have no official source from Hasbro about it, but i thought i put in here anyway.

 

A random source told me, that the name of the villain is brioullina.

I'm nervous that they may delay the season if John De Lancie attends Leonard Nimoy's funeral. Probably not, I don't think he will be that distraught. But I can't wait. And still an Obscure date? Usually now they tell us. I've contacted M.A Larson but I haven't got an answer, will contact him again though. He's not that popular so he doesn't get a lot of fan mail, meaning he's probably open for comment, he won't tell me the date or plot though, as that's a secret.

The voices are already done. Nimoys death won't hurt the release date in anyway.

 

Besides, even if that was the case, i would respect it since the death of a human being is much more important then a cartoon show.

Marimo is right. I was at a Director Panel and the Directors don't even know the season release date themselves. It is useless to contact Larson.

It's tomorrow? That was quick, usually it takes 4 weeks to plan a funeral.

As to all the ponies having the same Cutie Marks.  I point out that in Return of Harmony even Discord couldn't change them (or at least didn't) & in Magical Mystery Cure they were shifted but just restoring the pony's memory fixed the Cutie Mark.

 

Still, when Fluttershy became Flutterbat her Cutie Mark changed into 3 bats, so a fundamental change in a pony can change their mark.

 

The new mark would seem to indicate they value equality & take pleasure in being the same.

I know he doesn't know the airdate, but I'm just asking him questions like does he like Metal Gear, and if he is writing the first episode. Not the airdate. Also, he is not just a director, he's a writer as well.

Errr, oh Celestia, perhaps a developer oversight that had them release it late? Great, this season is not going to be chronological either. I hate that as it makes a story incomprehensible. I struggle to comprehend Kingdom Hearts as a result. Emailed M.A Larson again, will tell me if he is writing Season 5 episodes, hopefully. Perhaps it's a special? I dunno.

I counted up the weeks and the only way they could make a Christmas episode that is a season finale is if they air the new season in July, that's not Q2 of the year, so maybe they're not releasing it for Christmas or something?

Just because it's a christmas episode, dosen't necessarily mean that it has to air around Christmas time.

Several Christmas movies came out during the summer, like Home Alone for example.
