I think the whole waifu thief thing is more about making fun of the people who hate Flash.

Well, that's my affectionate nickname to him XD. I think the staff plans to keep using him as a peeve to the haters of him 

 

 

 

I want to take this chance to state one thing that I remember disliking that the fandom likes: the majority of clop. Why? because, lately, I have a hard time finding quality and believable clop. Most clopfics these days feels like they're written by people with not actual sexual experience, and only   base their stories with tons of porn they watched on the internet

I never liked the worship of Lauren faust as some sort of (demi) god and other similar attitudes towards Celestia as some omnipotent god that can do no wrong and when she does, its always understandable in her favor and not towards others.

 

Also I REALLY loathe the meme "ponies go good with everything." They do not trust me. This is not Guile's theme we're talking about.

Rainbow power was hilarious looking. It looked like the 80's just threw up on them. Especially Dash. I remember when the pictures that were from the toys or something were leaked people joked s4 would end with 'don't you forget about me' playing as Rainbow Dash jumped into the air, one hoof raised and the credits rolled after a freeze frame of her in mid jump.

I know! All that yellow...it looked fine on Pinkie but not on the other ponies.

(I also just like all of these anyway X3) I mean, it has to be pretty hard to design Super Saiyan designs for pastel ponies who already have pretty elaborate manes, but at the least they shouldn't have gone with yellow as the predominant added color)

I like how Japan couldn't handle the American opening, so they created their own opening that is exactly the same as the opening for everything on Japanese TV including a J-pop song whose lyrics have absolutely nothing to do with the show you're watching.

 

And oddly enough, its the better of the two openings. The American one was never exactly good per-say, it was basically the one thing you would just fast forward through just to get to the episode itself.

There's nothing out of the "Majority" per-say that I hate, but I'm not a fan of Changelings or anything along the lines of that. The whole ordeal with those just rubs me the wrong way, and if there was one other thing it's the sinister manor people go to with MLP. I saw a few things on the internet of MLP characters gutting each other, mostly Pinkie Pie.. but still.. It's a lovely show. Don't ruin it.

I didn't like Button Mash.

 

I get that he appeared on the show for about two seconds, but his entire personality was basically a bad OC stuffed into a background pony.

When the SweetieMash thing started, I hated it like I hate every other canon x OC pairing. (Except for ChryssiPuff. That's adorable.)

 

I felt bad for Jan when the C&D happened, because I know that he worked hard on his animations, and he kinda got screwed over.

That said, I was relieved that the whole Button Mash thing would finally start to die down.

I don't hate much, honestly. Hate is a strong word and this fandom is my "home sweet home". I love it. But I don't like the amount of cross overs that are going on. Everybody loves ponifying everything. It's not that it's a bad cross over piece of art or something, it just gets annoying after a while. They even ponified SPAM. -.-

I'm not too fond of Fluttershy or Trixie. Mostly Trixie. I also don't really care for the Spa ponies or Flitter and whoever her sister is either.

This has to do with brony music where I tend to prefer instrumentals and more original tracks that don't draw much if anything from any of the music already in the show. I guess I grow weary easily from remixes.

Also, I don't like dubstep. 

 

Most dubstep I've listened to literally hurt my ears upon hearing it. It doesn't even sound like music to me. It sounds like throwing things at a distorted computer. The reason I'm putting this is because most brony music I hear uses dubstep.

 

Recolors: I get that you can't draw but do you just have to take a character, and switch its color and then call it original? If you can't draw, at least pony creator lets you make an oc that can stand out more.

While people are panning G4 for not going in the specific direction they wanted it to, people are giving G3 a free pass because "It's a little girls' show." despite having the same target audience as G4.

'Hate' isn't the right word for it, but I've never really gotten the appeal of Fluttermac. Actually, I'm just not all that interested in Big Mac shippings at all, particularly if they involve the Mane 6. I guess my problem is that his interactions with them (aside from Applejack, of course) seem to be minimal at best. There's just not enough material for me to easily believe that out of all the ponies in Equestria, Big Mac would be the one to win the heart of any of them.

 

I get that Flutters and Mac are both the humble silent types, but from all the Flutterdash and Pinkieshy I've read I prefer seeing her paired up with someone more vocal and confident (opposites attract ) who'd encourage her to be brave and do things she'd hesitate to do beforehand.

 

Plus, I've the impression that a considerable part in Big Mac/Mane 6 shippings is down to wanting (struggling to have) a stallion in the relationship... I'm fine with either hetero or homosexual relationship fics, but not when it seems like the writer's trying too hard to avoid one of the two by lumping two improbable lovers together.
