A fairly recent crush, and one I'm just falling hard for, is Yukihira Furano from Noucome. She's just so adorable and hilarious, it's impossible for me not to love her!

The tan uniform as in the pic does display some serious class and authority, and I dig the hair.

She dressed sexy through most of the series, but I loved when she was in uniform. I thought THAT was the sexier look.
