Sweet, simple and generally enjoyable for a whole range of people. 

 

Eddsworld was another fantastic little cartoon.

Now after saying that, it starts out like any other shitty Newgrounds animation, but as the series goes on, it starts to get deeper and deeper, showing more about the main character. It's pretty disturbing overall but has a great story.
