How would you make life 20% cooler. I would make school a nonstop party, make mlp characters exist on earth, and many more other things.

A spankin' new air conditioner. That would literally make my life a lot cooler than just 20%
 
A modem that won't shut itself down at the slightest hint of rain would also be nice
