There's a borderline fanfic idea theory going around that the cage actually manifests into the fears of whomever witnesses it.

You know how New Japan had to cancel the entire anniversary tour as well as the first two weeks of the New Japan Cup due to the corona virus? 

Well New Japan is now observing the Ministry of Health's recommendations that all mass public gatherings be limited until the 25th. 

Meaning that all wrestling shows, and by extension the entire New Japan Cup, have been cancelled. 

This would be equivalent to the WWE not only canning TakeOver: Dublin, but the MITB ppv too and every wrestling show in between.

Unless the Florida state government and the center for disease control "encourage" him to do it. Cause if this coronavirus fad is still a thing come April, with fans flying in from around the world and back, there's a real possibility WrestleMania itself could be canned. Or held as the second ever empty stadium show.

Wrestlemania getting cancelled is such a surreal thought to me haha. I don't have a network sub anymore so i cant watch it regardless but it would suck for the good feuds going (Lynch/Baszler and Edge/Orton)

Mania weekend is the big concern with all the fly ins/outs and New Japan/NOAH/AJPW/DDT/Stardom are cancelling en masse due to China proximity, dense population and a large elderly minority.

I'm guessing since it's mostly a local event, it'll get the go ahead. Not many are gonna fly in for an abroad Takeover. I don't even think Ireland or the UK have any reported cases of Coronavirus.

Yeah, reported cases over here have mostly been sporadic

If there's anything positive to say, it's that the WWE have just officially announced that the "British Bulldog" Davey Boy Smith is going to be inducted into the Hall of Fame this year. It was announced on the WWE's After the Bell podcast. Thoughts?
