Silver Letter 1,832 June 17, 2015 Share June 17, 2015 Yeah. I get that this is a serious issue with some people now and then and should be treated with respect and dignity and all, but I do find it a bit bizarre that these days it seems like 75% of teens and young adults seem to have some form of gender dysphoria. I mean, it's okay to be a tomboyish girl or a sensitive guy, y'know? I kinda feel like any kid who has even slight inclinations toward anything dealing with the other gender think they have serious gender dysphoria and it's become quite a... thing. It could be that gender is facing greater challenge from a more accepting society, which means that gender has less of a grip on people than it had in the past. I for one, don't abide by gender much. I like feminine things and would have liked it if I was a different sex even. I see that being oneself is encouraged more often and that people like me shouldn't feel bad about it. Silver Letter!!! MLS_Brony 177 June 17, 2015 Share June 17, 2015 I'm cool with being male, I've been around enough girls in my life that I'd rather stay comfortably with what I'm used to.
Abstract 832 June 17, 2015 Share June 17, 2015 I'm quite conflicted on the matter, actually. Starting around when I was 10, I thought I was supposed to have been a girl. I've never really felt "uncomfortable in my own skin" or anything like that, but I've also never been the super-manly type either, and tend to gravitate towards things generally considered by societal standards as feminine. I like aspects of engeneering, (espescially having to do with vehicles) some video games and electronics in general. But I also love cross-dressing, having my hair and nails done, etc. Really though, most of not all of these types of things are simply black-and-white gender stereotypes - I feel like most people fall somewhere in the middle, even if they do lean mostly one way. When it all comes down to it, I am sexually attracted to females, so I suppose I am the correct gender at least in that regard. To me, I guess I could have gone either way - perhaps I really am female in personality, but as it is I'm actually pretty comfortable being a very femine male.. 2 "Let the steel of my resolve be not bested by the sum of my fears." Midnight Lustre 7 June 17, 2015 Share June 17, 2015 Hmm it may seem like a common answer but yeah I'm happy with being a male despite not being a masculine male by modern day standards. Although if the option came around to switch sexes for a day I think I would happily take it. http://mlpforums.com/page/roleplay-characters/_/midnight-lustre-r5098

Skye 463 June 17, 2015 Share June 17, 2015 Most of the time.I'm genderfluid. While I usually identify as female, there are the times I feel like a male and become dysphoric when I see my body...But I suppose I'm generally happy with my sex, yes. The Leafeon Pinkeh 3,603 June 17, 2015 Share June 17, 2015 I was born a girl and will keep it that way d: I'm not very happy that I have to deal with periods, which are absolutely horrible and you cannot avoid them. Also sexism and all that comes with being born a female but I wouldn't change. I couldn't fit in as a guy bc I love wearing dresses and being girly in general xD I'd be a very weak, crybaby guy 1 Signature: Akagami no Shirayuki-hime What do you think of me?: http://kevan.org/johari?name=pinkeh

Flutter's lover <3 8,210 June 18, 2015 Share June 18, 2015 Born as male, but feel like I should be female....but other times...I don't mind my male body.I'm kinda in between genderfluid and trans MtF. But...I've sorta learned to accept I'll never truly be female. I'm frankly terrified of getting the GRS....I mean..there's no going back after getting it done. So...to supplement it...on most of my online profiles or games. I select and play as a female if I can....Being called feminine pronouns just feels...right and it makes me feel a little better about myself. 2 Fluttershy's lover, she's my waifu. Lunia 332 June 18, 2015 Share June 18, 2015 As a male I learned that I'm going to be a male and nothing can change that. When I was younger I felt I should be female, then came around 2 years of trying to find out how to do so without surgery. Then after looking more into surgery and SRS I decided to just say no since I'm a male and nothing can change that. Sooo I'm happy with being male now, but in games and other places I would put myself as female. 1 Signature made by me.
