Not Gak itself, but 4 of its commercials airing in rapid succession multiple times during the Season 3 premiere.

I rarely watch TV anymore, and I know I've seen ALOT of bad commercials. The one that sticks out in my memory more than any other is the headon commercials. Sweet FUCK those were horrible.

 

Imagine hearing this every 10 minutes while someone across the house watches TV

 

Other than that, any musical commercial tends to be awful.

Funny thing is, is that this was parodied in "Disaster Movie". This made me laugh a bunch.

i felt the same. that poor sculptor guy did all the hard work making an ice penguin but chester has to be an ass by blowing fire on it. fuhhhh

 

as for me. i detest the trix commercials or lucky charms one. anyone still remember those plucky commercials before?

The Ouya commercial. I'm not gonna link it because it's really gross, but anyone who followed the disastrous Ouya pre-launch campaign knows what I'm talking about.

This AT&T commercial:

This commercial gets your attention for sure, but for all the wrong reasons. Whenever this ad would come one, I would immediately mute it. All it does is annoy the hell out of me.

 

And this legendary PS3 commercial:

I still do not know to this day what this ad is supposed to mean. Sony really was in a marketing dark age back then.

I really hate the Progressive commercials. Too one-note, and let's face it, they've had the same 'Flo' character forever and it's not funny anymore. Same goes for the Geico gecko. It was cute at first, but it's time for a new ad campaign. The Geiko cavemen were better and too short-lived.

Commercials int he 90's were MUCH better than today's commercials. Of course, the Spanish commercials where I live in is becoming a complete nuisance that they're just desperate for money. Especially when they inconsistently place them on American channels (even though the majority of commercials are just as bad nowadays).

Shows featuring a bunch of folks in their 40s/50s doing something like jogging or eating dinner and suddenly they talk about heart or prostate problems, then go into a detailed discussion about *insert advertised meds here*. 

 

I recall that there wasa one where a family is havign a big dinner, and one guy asks another guy and his wife if they've gotten a new washer/dryer combo set from *insert retailer here* yet? Who the hell talks about that during dinner? 

 

And in general I hate commercials that try to appeal to me on a deep emotional level, like buying a product is really about helping my family or something.
